I typically go to the Clarkesville location but have went to Cornelia location many times because I'm already in the area. Never again. I always place a mobile order and pick-up in the drive-thru. I've finally had enough of the employees' attitude. EVERY TIME! The minute they speak, you can tell the person is annoyed by you just being there. To those employees, I apologize for making you break a sweat to make one coffee and bag one donut. And how dare I expect a response from you when I kindly say hello and thank you to you. The employees at this location are so unprofessional and downright rude. As always, I said hello to the young lady and thanked her when she handed me my order. Only for her to turn her back and say NOTHING! Not one word. So, I again said thank you a little louder this time. NOTHING! So, even louder I said "You're welcome" and drove off. My advice to these workers is go find yourselves jobs where you work in the back away from the public. It's not my fault you're not rich and have to work (just like the rest of us). You may want to keep in mind that without customers you don't have a job! And my guess is that if management were any better, this wouldn't keep happening to people. Read moreI placed a mobile order, as I always do. I had to wait in line as it was somewhat busy, no problem. I get to the window and the not so friendly cashier gave me my coffees and then closed the window. I had also ordered food and so I waited for her to come back. She then asked me what else I ordered. She gave me my donuts and told me to pull to mobile parking for the rest of my order. The rest of my order was only two wake up wraps and ONE croissant! I pulled around waited for 5+ minutes no one ever came out to my car. I went inside and was ignored for another few minutes before someone finally came over and asked my name. Then proceeded to look around and obviously it wasn’t made so I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make the food. Waiting to make the food is fine but when I place a mobile order and other people are coming through the drive through and getting their food immediately while I’m still waiting for three simple items, that is very frustrating. Read moreI would be SHOCKED if they were in business a year from now. We have stopped 3 times on Friday evenings since they opened. The first time about 2 weeks after opening we got a dozen donuts, great service and she even offered us a promo discount. The donuts were okay but clearly not fresh. Second trip. We walked in and they had a about 3 flavors of donuts to choose from. We were never greeted or offered help. We left. Third trip. We walked in and the entire case was empty. The kid at the counter asked if we needed something. We inquired if they had donuts and he said they are in the back. We asked what they had and he said "what kind do you want". There is not a list of what donuts they offer on the menu boards. He did not have a list of what was "in the back". I didn't want to ask for something and go through him checking and then saying "no we don't have that anything else?". It seemed like a ridiculous way to do business.
