My husband and I were very disappointed. Since moving to the area over summer, this was a place we were couldn't wait to try. We love Italian and Cuban sandwiches and are always looking for small family owned establishments to support and frequent. Unfortunately, the service was less than friendly. The three employees working were not as friendly as one would expect especially since there was only one other person in the restaurant. They seemed to have an attitude as if we were bothering them. We placed our order and specifically asked for our cuban to be cold, not toasted. However, it was toasted and warm and then placed in the same bag on top of the cold sandwich. My husband asked about whether they prepared the Cubans cold and the one employee did reply yes, so my husband asked then why was mine heated when I asked for it cold. We got a sorry but no effort to correct. When we got our food home, sadly I was even more disappointed. I had so hopeed the food would redeem the experience. The bread for the Italian was very dry, hardly any lettuce or pickles, no red wine vinegar or oil as requested but heavy on the jalapeño. I was not impressed with the quality especially for the price. I know we had high expectations being former Pub Sub regulars and maybe this place is great for...

Once the order was placed, it said it would be 20 minutes until the order was ready. After the 20 minutes passed we were sent a message saying it would be another 15 min. Upon arrival they made us aware that they weren’t sure of what we ordered. So we ended up waiting over an hour for three sandwiches to be made, and my steak melt was only the...
Read moreThis is why people are attracted to small businesses. The prices are extremely reasonable and there are so many options. The cookies are freshly baked and don’t taste like chemicals. The sugar cookie was to die for. The bread is fresh and flavorful, even the plain white bread. There are tons of toppings and they don’t nickel and dime you for each one you add. I will definitely be stopping here again the next time I’m in town. With a 6” sub, 2 cookies and a small tip, I spent $10 which is what you would pay for one sandwich at a chain sub shop that will leave you hungry an hour later. I felt satisfied for hours after eating my sandwich. This place will make you want to not go to a chain sub...
