Dear Marcos Pizza Management,
I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the extremely poor service and unprofessional conduct I experienced during my recent visit to your establishment.
This evening, I placed an order through the Marcos Pizza app for a large pizza for pick-up. Upon receiving a notification that my order was ready, I promptly traveled to Marcos Pizza to collect it. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the cashier that my pizza had not yet been prepared, despite receiving the notification. After paying for my order, I was informed that my pizza would be ready in three minutes, only to be told five minutes later that it had not even been started.
Despite my request for delivery due to the extended delay, I was met with further inconvenience and was obliged to wait even longer for my order. Regrettably, upon reaching my office, I discovered that over an hour and 20 minutes had elapsed with no sign of my pizza.
Upon contacting Marcos Pizza, I was met with further disappointment as the manager, who identified himself as such, displayed extreme rudeness and a complete lack of accountability. Instead of addressing the issue and offering a solution, he shifted blame onto me, insisting that I misunderstood their representative and accusing me of neglecting to pick up my order promptly. Furthermore, he refused to acknowledge any fault on behalf of Marcos Pizza and failed to provide any semblance of customer service.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Not only was I inconvenienced by the delay and lack of communication, but the unprofessional behavior exhibited by your manager only exacerbated the situation. Additionally, the failure to provide the service I paid for within a reasonable time frame is unacceptable.
I am hoping prompt resolution to this matter, including reimbursement for the undelivered pizza and an assurance that steps will be taken to address the issues with customer service and professionalism at your establishment.

Read moreWe usually love Marco’s Pizza, until recently. Our last two orders from this location were a disaster. The crust was chewy and hardly any toppings on a specialty pizza. The salads are normally large and full, but the last two salads were extremely small and little to no toppings whatsoever, and had went up in price. Reached out to this location to maybe get an understanding of what the issue might be. Spoke to someone who claimed to be the owners son, and when I mentioned about the last couple of orders, he simply stated “Well, that’s just the way it is now, what do you want me to do about it!”. That’s a poor business plan, to offer bad service, bad food, unapologetic, and no corrective action plan, and a take it or leave it statement from management/ownership. Hopefully the owners, father or mother feels differently. Certainly in a small town. I think the ownership of the store has recently changed, and along with it, everything that Marcos is known for, atleast with this location. Facebook is filled with recent complaints from several months ago to current concerning this location. Sorry guys. Big disappointment:(. Read moreI will not be ordering from these folks ever again. It's a shame a because I was ordering weekly. I'll take my business somewhere else where they understand customer service. After ordering and waiting 1 1/2hrs I called back and was told they don't deliver to my location (funny they have now for a year). hmm okay Then you're closed this was at 10:45 (Strange you close at 11:00). hmm okay. Don't offer to make my order and have me pick up (I only live 5 miles away)... hmm okay. Days later find out that you charged me card... Are you frigging kidding me.... Called location and was told they couldn't give me a credit, called corporate they'll have someone call. Needless to say a few weeks later someone gets back to me, we'll give you a credit. Well no credit was every given. I'll let my bank deal with them. Never have I experienced such disregard for me as a customer. I guess loyalty doesn't stand up when they get a new manager who's rude as all get out.
It's so bad there - that their competitor has told me some stories.
