If the line is wrapped around the build twice and you think, I’ll save time, and go inside. Don’t. Drive times through the drive through means more than customer connection here. Overall the store was clean and well kept. Was not greeted at register, two people passed by before I was even acknowledged. And even though people may be assigned to certain stations, acknowledging the customer is the first step to upping customer connections. When I placed my order I noted that there was a line in the drive through of at least 15 cars- the line was completely down by time I received my cup of coffee. There was about 5 people working 12.16.20 around 2/3pm. There was no customer connection at all while making drinks - the partners seemed to be speaking to each other on head sets rather than to customers. And what is rather appalling is - conversation had on head sets was not necessarily conversation on communicating what is needed to perform their tasks - at least not from partner on the bar making lobby/mobile order drinks. This was an opportune moment to acknowledge the older couple that was wondering where there two drinks were, since they had been waiting for their two doppio’s they had been waiting at the very least 10 minutes for. Or maybe addressing the gentleman that was there since I walked in the door(20 mins ago) waiting on mobile order and actively looking for eye contact/acknowledgment from partners. There was a total of three customers inside the store, and while it’s okay for customers to wait inside- the communication between partner and customer is severely lacking. I understand that the priority could be shifted to the drive through line, and that there are certain standards to be met, however the lack connection/acknowledgment was appalling when there were so many missed opportunities. Coaching in the moment should have been represented from shift on duty, however even the shift seemed to have...
Read moreWe’ve been here twice and it takes 20 minutes minimum to get one drink, another 10 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich, another 10 minutes for the next drink another 10 minutes and so on. We are a family of five and have given it two chances and never waited so long in any Starbucks in the world. It’s not very pleasant to eat with no drinks and dozens of drinks were left abandoned as people got tired of waiting and just left. The employees work hard and they are very pleasant. The manager on the other hand only wanted to argue. After waiting 38 minutes with only 1/2 of our order we asked to be reimbursed as we needed to get on the road. She was very unpleasant and the most unprofessional Starbucks employee ever and refused and insisted on making the drinks. Since we didn’t want to pay $49 for things we wouldn’t have if we left we waited with her repeatedly telling me to calm down. I was calm and asked her repeatedly to reimburse us since the drinks still weren’t ready and she was arguing instead of making them. Finally we got the drinks and they were wrong and she forgot one. I know these are first world problems but I would certainly want to know if my business manager...
Read moreClosed again today! Closed during regular business hours frequently. Posting this review to help not waste other travelers time. I have gone out of my way for the last time getting on and off highway 77 for this location to be closed during their normal business hours. When they are open, the rudeness is ridiculous and it’s a bit insulting to nudge a tip jar in my direction or pick it up and move it around while dealing with me at the window. Especially when the order is always incorrect. It must be some sort of entertainment for this location to play these games with their patrons. This location definitely needs new management. Would give zero stars if possible. Look at the other similar issues with reviewers.
