Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service.....My family and I decided to to taste the food from this place. We placed our the orders when the food arrived we were excited to eat. This was the worst food I have ever eaten, the shrimp was rubbery, the Chicken tenders overcooked and the were super hard. We were so upset our first reaction was to Grab the food and throw it away! Once I calm down I decided to contact the restaurant and requested to speak to a Manager Daniel, I explained to Daniel exactly what happened that we trough the food in the TRASH, Daniel did say we can replace the order or give you a refund, I then told Daniel your asking to dig my trash to get a refund; his response was YES if you want your money back! So I did I took the food out the trash and took it to the restaurant. I arrived few min after the restaurant Closed, I knocked on the door and was told they were closed that I would need to return the next day, I tried to explain to the person what happened and was told to return the next day. I got home and trough the food in trash. I called the next day and talked to Daniel again and explained to him what happened. DANIEL once again said if you want your money back you will need to bring the food back!! I then told him I refuse to humiliate myself once again your team saw me bringing me the food back and was told you were closed! Now you're asking me again to through my trash again...his response was (well yeah if you want your money back) Really!!!!! I through $120.00 dollars in the trash HARD...

I live right across the street from this place. Had a taste for some seafood and wasn't wanting to drive to Ontario to Bucket&Crab which I usually do (Shame on me) I even read the reviews saw some that made me pause but the ones in the current days made it worth it to satisfy my craving. A woman answered the phone.. the transaction was very pleasant even picking it up. On the call I requested that all my food was fresh. She said that their food is always fresh unless someone comes after the time they've said the food would be ready. She said it would be ready in about 15 mins. I called back maybe 5 mins or less to add a order of Cajun fries she said still the time she stated prior. That should've told me something however I walk to get the food ON TIME like I said I stay right across the street. I got a 1lb of mussels and shrimp with a order of calamari and Cajun fries. The fries were cold so was the calamari. The corn was soft and squishy and shrimp was half done and they claimed the deveined them which they did not. Minutes after a few bites of everything I felt nauseated. that I had to take Benadryl. $65 of my money down the drain and even left a 15% tip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLAY AT ALL. YOU WOULD THINK DURING A PANDEMIC WITH SO MANY RESTAURANTS CLOSING BC OF NO BUSINESS THEY WOULD AT LEAST MAKE SURE THEIR FOOD IS COOK WELL AND FRESH FOR THERE CUSTOMERS BUT OBVIOUSLY THEYRE NOT IIN THE MOOD TO WORK. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EAT...

A decent place to have dinner with family or friends! We got one of the combo deals with 2 pounds of shrimp and 1 pound of crawfish with corn, potatoes, and sausage included, which was about $45 when we went. We also added on cajun fries and garlic noodles, and all together made for a very filling meal for 4 people (we even had quite a bit of food from the combo deal left over). The cajun fries were okay, but the garlic noodles were definitely amazing, I highly recommend getting it to share alongside whatever seafood you order if you're with a group. This location is relatively new, and there's lots of fun decorations on the walls. When we initially walked in there was a sign saying that they were out of sausage, and the person who seated us also relayed the same message, but when we got our order it had sausage, which I guess is nice (though a bit confusing because of the sign). We wanted to get refills of water, but nobody paid attention to our table for quite a while, even though the restaurant wasn't too busy at the time and there were a lot of workers just standing around... The plaza that the restaurant is in was also pretty dead even though it was a Sunday night, so that might be something to consider if you were planning on walking around with friends once you're done eating.
