Update: I received a call f rom corporate after posting this review and my chairs were fixed. All is well! Thank you Ashleys Customer Service for coming through! We can now enjoy our beautiful new dining set! (7/20/22)
My Moriville Dining Set was purchased online. I paid $219 extra for the Hassle free assembly service. When the delivery guys showed up today, only the dining table had been assembled. The chairs and bench were still in their original box. They stated I did not pay for assembly for the chairs and bench. I explained it was purchased as a set; why would there be an assembly fee per item? He called the manager and I spoke with him on the phone. He said he would check my order and call me back. About 5 minutes later he called the deliver guy (not me) and told him to go ahead ahead and assemble my chairs and bench. Fast forward couple hours later they finish and have me check my satisfaction with my furniture and the chairs are off-level. They tip back and forth, some more than others. I said this is unacceptable. The chairs were not assembled correctly otherwise they wouldn't tip like this. He said they chairs should have veeb assembled at their warehouse and not while they were here delivering all of my furniture. He said they are not assembly guys and do not have all the tools to do so adequately. They said call the store and speak with someone there. They left. I call the store and they said, well the dining stable set was purchased online so you need to call Corporate Custoner Service. I do and guess what he says? Please donate the 4 dining chairs, send us a Donation Slip, and we will ship 4 new dining chairs to you, NO assembly included!! I cannot believe that a national furniture store like Ashley has completely washed their hands of customer service! My husband and I are nervous about the 4 chairs because we fear we will not get the new ones and/or we will end up being charged for them if the Donation Slip is not up to par to their standards. They provided zero guidance and said just do the Donation and send us the slip thru em ail. Ugh yeah, like I just paid hundreds of dollars for those chairs and you want me to just go give them away!...

From the moment my family stepped in the store, Brooke was incredibly attentive and helpful. She greeted us & gave us snacks from purple day which encouraged us to purchase the purple bed and pillow. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with expert guidance and recommendations that were tailored to my familyâs needs.
What impressed me the most was the patience and professionalism displayed by Brooke throughout our interaction. My husband and I can get a little side tracked but Brooke kept up with us and kept us on track for exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered thoroughly, and she never made me feel rushed or unimportant. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction as a customer. I truly appreciated their proactive approach and commitment to resolving any concerns.
Overall, my experience with Ashley's Furniture customer service was nothing short of remarkable. Brooke exemplifies what exceptional customer service should be. I highly recommend Ashley's Furniture to anyone in need of quality furniture and a top-notch customer service experience.

   Read moreJust want to kind of give some information that I wish I wouldâve known when purchasing⌠the care program for the furniture you purchase is a one time occurrence for each piece of furniture. The lack of good customer service in that department is ridiculous. You have to follow up with them. Very rude people!! The technician who comes out however is awesome!
Worse experience with this company.. purchased couches and dining set which was not cheap. Delivery scheduling is a nightmare. When they did deliver and set up, I noticed a chip in my table. I called right away as I had someone there for me because I was working. They literally said if you have any issues report them right away. I called as soon as I got home and saw it. And now they are saying they donât know if we did it! Really! The chip on the wood just happens to be where the leaf addition was installed. Do not buy from these people they are dishonest.
Update : and as u can see they put your personal business on the web and care more about being petty than making customers happy. My husband wasnât even home so please get your records straight. I did not threaten anyone, I told you I would be submitting my review to spread awareness to potential customers on your practices.
