CC DONUTS — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

I was first intrigued to stop here by the style of the building, it’s s beautiful 70’s design and is perfectly sized for pastry selling. Having gone, I was surprised to find that milk tea was on the menu! I love the variety and the confidence of the shop to be so versatile! Though for a first time I ordered a large caramel macchiato, a sausage egg and cheese croissant, and a dozen donuts (half chocolate/glazed). Now lemme tell you, it was every bit delicious as it was beautiful. The caramel macchiato was strong and bold, and the milk to compliment it was smooth and gentle to soothe its boldness. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and the egg placed between it was peppered to savory perfection. Now the donuts…a pleasing display in perfect array! The customer service was excellent, the wonderful woman at the window smiled with kindness, and was jiffy fast in completing the order. Will be here again, only wish I’d have discovered...

This donut shop is really a spectacular donut place! Ordered drive-thru. Drive-thru attendant was very kind and helpful. They had run out of a lot of the things I wanted to order. However she offered alternatives and even gave us free donut holes for the troubles. Got a half a dozen donuts. Got a couple of apple fritters, a glazed donut, a bear claw, a chocolate donut with strawberry filling, and a jelly filled donut. Everything was so soft and perfectly made. The bear claw had a nice apple pie filling in it. Delicious! The apple fritter was cinnamon-y tasting and delicious as well! The wife really loved her jelly filled donut! It was actually filled to the brim with jelly. The bacon egg and cheese croissants were also the bomb!

Wife and I just tried this place. They have a ton of options plus breakfast sandwiches. We got the classic chocolate glazed doughnuts with one spicy kolaches and one regular sausage cheese kolaches. Everything was really good. The only thing I’ll say is they might need a warmer to keep the kolaches in; they warmed the in the microwave for me which didn’t change the taste or anything bad, just might be easier and faster for them to keep them in a warmer instead of heating them up in the microwave.
