McDonald's — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Alright so I never have an issue with my order being incorrect or the service being bad. It's always good. However, the prices for simple breakfasts meals have went up $2 and the French vanilla iced coffee is pre mixed based off of one size... meaning... if you order a small Iced FrVn coffee it's really really sweet. If you order a medium FrVn iced coffee the sweetness is just right. And if you order a large FrVn iced coffee it's not sweet at all really. I love how the medium tastes but I shouldn't have to order 2 medium sized coffees for the right amount of sweetness. This isn't a location problem, I know but if it was, i would give a lot less stars. So every location will get a 3 star rating from me. One less for the prices going up and one less for bad coffee mixture based on size. 2 sausage egg cheese biscuit meals used to be $3.99 plus tax.. this is not whaterburger or Starbucks. I shouldn't be paying $15.78 for 2 small breakfast meals!! I understand the upcharge for a large coffee but if they are using the same pre mixed amount as they do for a small and medium then your getting jipped. This is McDonald's we're talking about! It almost makes me wanna give every location 2 stars! And don't come back and comment about the ice amount changes the flavor! I'm not dumb! We all took science...

Horrible. They have two drive thru lanes and when I pulled up on the inside lane i was asked to please wait. I said ok. After waiting for two to three minutes someone pulled up to the outside lane and they took there order immediately and they got in front of me. Then they took my order. From that time on it took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. There were four vehicle ahead of me and it ook forever. I hate to use the old Leathal Weapon movie phrase that Joe Peshie (not sure about the spelling) said but "they f--k you at the drive thru" I ordered two double quater pounders. One plain with cheese and ketchup and one with extra pickles and onions. Of course i drove to my hotel and when we go to eat, staight nothing on either one of the burgers. Just plain for both and slightly undercooked. I am not sure how I could have waited so long and had a slightly undercooked burger. One other note, make sure they secure the lids on the drinks. Mine spilled a little in my lap as I turned out of their drive thru. I hope management or the franchise owner sees this and reaches out to make this right with me. Stay away from this store. I have had issues with this place since they opened. WHATABURGER has 2 locations close by and their food is always fresh. This McDonalds has 2 lanes for drive through and they can’t even run 1 lane efficiently much less have 2 lanes open. The staff here is awful.

Employees pass you by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 times and don't speak to you. Everyone has an attitude at this store. There was an employee named Nathan that worked there who was excellent at his job. They must have fired him because the last 3 times I asked if he was working I was told he is not on the schedule.

For McDonald's corporate guys. At 10:49 am 11/26/17 I was told at the drive through at location 24366 that breakfast is served until 11 am. I called the store and asked the Manager Rayleen for the Regional Managers name and she told me she could not give me that persons name. Why not try having an all-day menu where you offer those items only that made you famous like Quarter Pounders and Big Mac's. WHATABURGER has got you and Burger King beat in Corpus Christi.
