This is the last of several incredibly poor shopping experiences I have had at this store. First of all, the young lady that works at the refreshment/popcorn center possesses the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced in my life. She stares unpleasantly at customers who are next in line but fails to alert them that she is ready for them to come up. When I asked her if she was ready, after being stared at with the face of a tatted up sloth for an uncomfortable amount of time, she rolled her eyes and said yes as though I was inconveniencing her. If she was a nicer person, I would have informed her that I could see her plumbers crack under that tramp stamp.
Today, I was waiting in line to check out. I had been waiting in an incredibly slow moving line for quite some time when a cashier opened a register. I did not want to be forward and move to her register before she was ready, so, I waited for her to alert the next person in line to come up for business. She allowed a young girl who was not in line to walk to her line to check out. She did not, as is customary, offer the next person in line to come up and do business. After the girl checked out, in a very sloth like manner, she proceeded to check her cell phone and scroll through for a bit. I decided to walk up and do business only to get turned away because she said that I had crossed lanes and that it was another man's (who got in line well after me) turn, not mine. I decided I had had enough and simply left without purchasing anything.
These are two examples of how poorly trained these cashiers are. They, in general, seem to lack the customer service skills in order to allow a business to run efficiently. I constantly witness incredible amounts of cell phone usage while in between customers, which slows the process down entirely.
I tried to call the manager three times today in order to alert her of the issues and was hung up on twice. I could not get through the third time.
I will be calling headquarters because I do enjoy Target everywhere else I go. There is something in the water at this Target, which might explain the crickets I hear whenever I shop there. It is awful.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe most terrible distraught experience here July 7th me and my wife are loyal customers that shop here regularly and I accidentally popped a confetti tube and loss prevention security wannabes completely HARASSED and THREATENED me and my wife (former employee) after I offered to clean it up and pay for it the man with a weird poofy hair doo with polo shirt and his sidekick with old SnapBack hat and ugly shoes practically tossed the confetti tube at me and told me āpay for that on your way outā very disrespectfully and was in my face telling me that I should be able to afford it since it is a $2 dollar product insinuating I possibly couldnt afford it I stayed as calm as I could in this uncomfortable situation as he was in my personal space I asked him to please leave me alone and he refused to get out of my personal bubble as I asked him his name he told me that his name didnāt matter my wife was standing there emotionally distressed as the other man said āI know where she livesā at that point me and my wife felt scared and threatened they continued to be in our personal space as we walked to the front of the store I called police and tried speaking to the manager but the manager instead of showing concern for his customers decided to tell me to calm down when I was trying to explain me and my wifeās situation I told him I was calm and he then grabbed one of the police officers in the store most likely his friend cop because they immediately were on sides trying to make me and my wife give our names and info instead of making sure we felt safe they then threatened me with criminal trespassing as if I was some hoodlum stealing they were very discriminative and disrespectful and absolutely refuse to give me there names I have currently filed a complaint to corporate about this and I WILL BE PURSUING...
