We came here for dinner and food was delicious and very nice service with owners. It was four years ago.

😢😢😣Today, we so excited to come back and bring my family to come . We are very disappointed with taste of food , service, and uncomfortable. We ordered pineapple 🍍 fries rice and taste like curry rice .

Tom yum soup with cucumber, bell peppers, daikon, pineapple, white onion, and slice of lime 🍋‍🟩 add more money for shrimp. Taste very very sour like lime and no smell like Tom yum soup. We ate many many Thai restaurants and we could tell what Thai food taste like. We didn’t finished it because too sour.

Mango sticky rice, we ordered two orders and they combined in 1 plate , we saw the staff go to front door and tear a real leaf 🍃, run to kitchen and few minutes later, they brought desert to us and of course, leaf on the plate as decor🥹. We used to order mango stick rice frozen and put in microwave, taste and mung beans still hard , taste the same frozen , only different is fresh slices mango 🥭. Coconut 🥥 milk eat with rice not taste anything just like milky water .

Thai tea was taste like water , tea , and sugar .

20% tip auto add to the bill . Even no service .

Extra cost if any item shareable

Ask for the receipt which list each Oder, lady owner said no , we keep this , and only give a paper with total bill .

We left the restaurant very upset . I feel bad with my family that I talked a many good things about last experience dining here. We don’t mind if we pay money, but at least, food would be better like taste before bring to table and need to be more training if restaurant want to last long.

Also, food should be keep original taste like Thai not like available ingredients mix.

Total bill around $138 ( tom yum soup, pineapple fry rice, 1 Thai tea, 1 coke , 1 beer, 2 mango sticky rice)

We didn’t want to leave when we see menu and service because I tell my family that food so good and just give them a chance , so we just order two dishes and two deserts. Owner ask “ is it for everything with four people “ . I think he should recognize about customer feelings and very...

If i could give this place negative stars i would. Let me walk you through my dinner here. Walk in the door and wait about 10 minutes to be greeted. Even though the owner saw us as soon as we walked in the door. Finally we are seated. He gives us a menu. 10 minutes pass he takes our order. I order pad thai. He says chicken? I say no thank you. He says tofu? I say no thank you i just want the veggies. He makes a sly remark questioning my lack of protein choice. We all order waters and he brings them out. (3 in our party) Now the 20 mins waiting to be seated and ordering is NOTHING compared to the time it took the food to come out of the kitchen. We waited (i kid you not i timed it) 45 minutes for our food to come out. One of the kitchen boys brings out one plate of cold food. 5 minutes later the second plate and after another 5 minutes the third plate. The restaurant had about 3 other customers a 45 minute wait for food is crazy and what's even sadder is that the food was cold, mushy and bland. The waiter who is also the owner never gave us napkins, never stopped by the table and never refilled our glasses. Although he stopped by the other tables. Okay time to pay. We walk up to the counter and wait so long i sit on a bar stool by the register. There is a worker literally right in front of me the whole time folding napkins and says nothing to me or anyone that we are waiting to pay. He only alerts management when a guy stands behind us in line. Finally the manager/worse waiter ever shows up and says hello to the guy in back of us and avoids me and my party. He gets to the register and gets the other owner to check us out. She comes stomping out of the kitchen with a frown and just like that I am charged 50$ for possibly the worst dinning experience I have ever had in terms of food and service. Do not go here believe me it is a waste of time and money. The only reason this place has been open so long is because they are one of the few thai restaurants in the area and tourists who don't in know of the bad service and food. I write this in hopes of helping you not make the same...

This is a special place. Table cloths, starched napkins, you can hear yourself think, delicious elegant food. Its hard to find a downside to this place. I gave the service 4 stars because the waiter (who was slammed with customers) didn't bring us a to-go box or a to-go cup. That was the only shortcoming in the fabulous meal that my date and I had on a Friday in early September 2025.

My date had the pineapple fried rice that was presented in what appeared to be a taco salad bowl. The rice was a short-grain Asian variety with shaved carrots and other vegetables. The large shrimp that were added on were served with their tails on and a lovely "canoe" was carved out of a fresh pineapple as both a decoration as well as an interesting side dish.

It was fantastic and I enjoyed her willingness to share the meal with me--the portion was more than adequate.

Still though, I think I won the evening with my selection of Wagyu Meatballs served over noodles. The dish was served in a metal bowl that itself was heated so there wasn't a "cold" bite in the entire experience. I enjoyed everything about the dish; the broad noodles had marinated in the sauce from the meatballs causing huge flavors in what may have been a lesser dish in some establishments.

The restaurant has a feel of an "old time" establishment. We were intrigued by the "hot" rankings--signified by red peppers next to the items on the menu. "How hot is hot?" was what we asked the waiter. He said that 2 peppers there would be like four peppers elsewhere. He wasn't kidding. The owner or perhaps the senior staffer took our order and gladly included a small sampling of the hottest sauce they featured so that we could sample the heat factor. It was punitive. Compared to other places where service has gone the way of the dodo bird, Thai Spice was a welcome change. To say that we will return is putting it mildly. We're enthusiastically looking forward to the next event whereby we can experience the...

THAI SPICE..... as I heard the name from my wife I got all excited for delicious Thai food, especially being the top fav cuisine of mine. if this is the only option for you to select to eat for any reason you must go as starving isn't the option but beside that I won't even attempt given another try to the place for FREE even Reasons...... My excitement didn't last long and by the time we finished meal and got done I was on a next level of disappointment. Except food which was somewhat satisfactory, rest everything was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Few pointers to note... 1. The place is so filty that the whole ceiling of the restaurant is either leaking or molded, and that made me wonder if this is the quality they maintaining for main dinning hall, how the kitchen might be? (For reference see the pics) 2. The serving plates were filthy, I mean a restaurant representing themselves as fine dine in place, and the food being served in plates has stains and utensils smell bad. (For reference see the pics). 3. Price wise or I shall say overall total wise, they are just trying to steal money from every possible ways, I mean a restaurant have priced their main entree over $24-29 (avg) and a soup bowl over $14, they force you to pay 20% gratuity whether you eating solo or as a couple or party of more, and it's just not the end they even force the credit card fee for the payments. Worst part is when you feel being ripped off because even after being charged fixed 20% gratuity and additional credit card fee you got to walk to their desk to ask for refill glass of water, walk to them to ask for check and pay at the cou ter itself. And it didn't finish there, when we asked to-go box for the remaining food they handed over a fountain coke drink glass to carry the dish. Also to mind one another factor of they trying to rip off by adding additional $4 if you share your main entree with your spouse, kid or anyone on the table. In overall this place gave me the WORST TIME/EXPERIENCE..
