This Arby's was the closest to where we live, all of 2 solid hours away. We got up on a Saturday specifically to go to Arby's because we both missed their food so much (we come from the Midwest where Arby's is the primo sandwich king in the industry). Imagine our disappointment when we got our food and it was lackluster. I'd been craving a Jamocha for weeks and the damn machine was down until Monday. The roast beef classic sandwich tasted off, hard to describe, but just off; maybe they use different sauces or beef in this franchise. My gyro was okay but it looked and tasted sloppy; perhaps it was just thrown together without ensuring the correct proportions. While the staff was semi- friendly, and even though we told them we had been craving Arby's for months after driving two hours specifically for it, I got the impression none of them cared even to even try to show us gratitude by making the minimum effort into ensuring our food was at par or better. We're quite displeased and won't ever go back to that one, maybe a different one, just maybe, but not ever back...
Read more(Before reading, please consider other newer reviews. This review may not be as relevant today) This is a very, very late review. To put it simply, I obtained food poisoning by eating here. This was in 2020. I had eaten here multiple times previously. One evening after working out I decided to try this place again. This was either my 3rd or 4th time.
About 1-2 hours after eating the meal I had ordered is when everything happened. I was up until 4:30am and could not attend classes the next day. Easily the most painful experience with food poisoning I've had. I enjoyed this place but sadly cannot ever eat here ever again. Once you obtain food poisoning from one place, your brain and stomach won't let you eat there ever again.
I know the food poisoning came from this Arby's location due to the timing (when the food poisoning finally kicked in, when I ate it) and because my prior meal was around Noon. The food here tastes great, but I fear for my safety by...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped in for lunch on January 30th, 2019. It was after the lunch rush at 2pm. There were not alot of customers in the restaurant so there were lots of vacant tables, but we could not find a clean table to sit at. The employees behind the counter were not busy so they were talking and visiting with each other, but not one came out to clean tables while we were there. My husband told the employees as we were leaving that we were not going to ring the bell, not because the food was bad, but because we could not find a clean table to sit at. My sister and I went there again for lunch on Sunday, March 24th and again there were alot of empty tables, but not one clean one for us to sit at. We used a napkin to wipe off a table as best we could. I won't be eating there...
