I wish I could share the name of the manager during this visit, but unfortunately I can’t because she would not tell me her name when I asked for it to file a complaint. I had an interaction at this location and got frustrated due to the mobile app not working then the manager telling me to leave the drive thru because there were other customers behind me while I was trying to figure out what to order.. while I admit I was in the wrong for this, I called out a name to this manager and she was acting like every bit of the B word that I called her based on her attitude. She then said I was not allowed back at this location again, so I left.
I called back because I felt bad about getting out of my character and wanted to apologize to the same manager, only for her to continue to have attitude proves she was being what my opinion was of her. I asked for her name again and she still would not share it. So I went online to file a complaint and needed the store number. I called back to ask for the store number, only for the same manager to respond, “why do you need my store #, are you the same caller from earlier”? I said no only because I didn’t want to get into it, I wanted just the store number. She then said, “I’m sorry I can’t give you my store number”, then hung up. Unprofessional, rude and petty. McDonald’s, if you’re going to hire someone in management position, hire someone that has actual people skills. This women is terrible at best as a manger and does not deserve a title as such. I assume she doesn’t want to give her name out as this probably isn’t her first rodeo with a complaint against her unprofessional people skills. This location should be ashamed of who they put into a position like this.
Edit: online complaint filed today regarding this manger for the date/time of visit. Her not being able to provide a name to share whom I interacted with, and also her reluctance of not wanting to provide the store number is a bad look professionally. This location is quick to make you wait in a parking space for your food but doesn’t like when you are taking time to figure out your order. I suggest the 9th street location to all because this spot consistently delivers poor service and...
Read moreI was just in the lobby for the past 45 mins and have never in my entire life been more embarrassed ordering food. I ordered 3 simply items plain. Knowing they were short staffed because one of the managers(which ever one is pregnant) was making a scene the entire 45 mins I was standing in line about how busy they are and how short staffed they are. After waiting in the lobby for 45 mins and hearing the pregnant manager flipping out and being disrespectful not only to the customers but her employees. I walked up to the screen to see it had already been cleared. I simply asked for a refund to where she slammed my recept on the counter and begun making a scene with me about asking for the refund. I told her shed have a better night if she wasnt freaking out so bad and treating everyone bad in which she walked away and made a amazing manager named pheonix come do my refund. The entire time pheonix was very respectful and made sure i knew the situation and as i told her i was not mad till pregnant manager embarrassed me and disrespected me infront of everyone including the customers. I am appalled by this one womans behavior and honestly will be calling corporate due to the way she treated me. I highly recommend staying away from this mcdonalds unless u dont want to be embarrassed and belittled by said pregnant manager. After 47min i was able to get my 10 bucks back and walk out of there with but will probably never return. I feel bad for the employees that said pregnant manager is what they have to lead their team. It was by far the worst experience ive had at any fast food resturant in my 35...
Read moreTeam-member in the window is friendly and informative. There is someone smoking near the door to the kitchen. I threw up last time I ate here, and I crave the taste of their breakfast sandwiches.
Update: My friend helps me with Math. I purchase her a Caramel Frappe. She thanks me.
McDonald's can be a group activity. Watching someone smile as they see an Oh-so Sweet, Delightfully Caffeinated, and Thoughtful Treat suggest a smile the moment their eyes meet?
It is like a picture made up of words, a feeling that grows nostalgic, and then blossoms into something new.
I'm going to ask the recipient of the beverage if I can photograph them smiling and post it later.
Until then, a reasonable facsimile! 😁😉🫠
I've gone into McDonald's three times this week. The first time I did a walk-through and wrote down important things to take noto so that customers would fuel comfortable eating in a clean and hygienic dining area. I handed that feedback to the manager and he thanked me so much for my input as I walked out the door. The next day when I came in I walked through the restaurant again and checked to see if the items had been crossed off the list.
Not a single one had been done. The mirror in the restroom, the filthy floor in the dining area, and the dirty carpets had still not been addressed.
Today is my birthday. And I went into McDonald's because I wanted to get a breakfast sandwich before work. I'm not familiar with the app so I asked the manager to help me find the birthday rewards within it. He said that he does not know where or whether or not there are birthday rewards.
I...
