To start I am originally from Colorado where Jimmy John’s has locations but then we moved to Alaska where Jimmy John’s has not ventured to, yet. My daughter and I visited my family in Iowa for the 4th of July and on our way to the Eppley Airfield we decided to grab Jimmy John’s before heading home. I was gifted a gift card and had the activation receipt still. After multiple attempts the cashier stated that the card did not have any funds on it. We ended up paying in cash. After sitting down we looked up the card balance on store card and verified that there was a $20 balance. We let the workers know and they said because it wasn’t one of their store gift cards we would have to return to where the card was purchased get a different card. Kayla was rude and made the experience embarrassing. Just know if you buy your loved ones or friends a giftcard from anywhere other than the store locations they will not be redeemable and you will feel like a fool trying to pay for your food. The sandwiches were good, the sprite fountain drink tasted like sparkling water. Glad I won’t be going to this...

ignoring, me, they only put it on one side! when i pointed it out, they put more mayo on the side that already had it. lame! i pointed out its still not on both sides, she then slabbed twice as much on the dry side (4x total on that side since the first side was already at 2x mayo!) i pointed out NO! another worker starts screaming at me, "thats how we make our sandwiches!!" 4x mayo on one side and 2x on the other!! bull!! so rude, then a third worker put on a miniscule amount of tuna (#3 on the menu. $6!!! a mayo sandwich with tuna as the CONDIMENT!! avoid!!
not even sure if that first worker speaks English. or was mute? never listened to any word i said nor ever replied except by expressing herself via mayonnaise....

Made a late order and asked prior if it was too late, they said not and placed an order with uber eats (their franchise doesnt use their own drivers) the uber eats driver was late so they canceled my order. they said it would be back in 3=5 buisness days and its been 10. they wont give me a number for the franchise office and i get hung up on whenever i try to talk to someone. there are 2 franchises stay away from the ones owned by Atlas!!!!!!!!!will update with a full list of all their buisnesses at a later time. if you want jimmyjohns get it somewhere else and if its atlas just hang...
