Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

Came through drive thru about 730pm. Ordered and paid, then had to pull around and wait out front for about 15 minutes for them to bring out our order. There was NOBODY attending the restaurant lobby as I went in to order some more items. Rang this little bell on the counter for over 5 minutes with no answer, so I gave up and went back to my car. We got our order and went home. Upon opening our order, we were missing all of our sides except the fries, which were in the box with the fish. No coleslaw, no corn, no extra order of lobster bites. Called the store twice and got no answer. Figured that spending almost $40 for food that we'd at least get all of it. The fish and hush puppies had black bits of old fried food stuck to it. Definitely will not be going back. Reading the other reviews, it seems that most other customers are experiencing the same issues. The owner needs to get on the ball and fix their restaurant and hire staff who actually care about the quality and accuracy of their food. Very...

My experience last night was once again terrible. I ordered #7 which is 2 chicken 1 fish meal and once again it was awful. I opened my box cuz I was so hungry and to my surprise there were barely any fries, I could count them in a quick glance. After paying almost $10 for the meal, I wasn't leaving without letting them know that I wasn't very happy so I drove right around and went thru drive-thru to show them my box and the guy offered me extra fries, which I took him up on, and grateful for that offer. Driving down the road I grabbed a piece of chicken, bit into it and almost threw up. The chicken was Not cooked all the way thru and if you have everyone this yourself (bit into uncooked chicken) it so nasty. I feared grabbing the fish but thank God it was cooked all the way thru but not worth $10 I paid..I never thought I'd say this but Long John silver's is no longer...

No. Just no. The food was so soggy. It made me sick. I didn't even eat it. Never again. I generally do not eat fast food. I had a craving for some nostalgic food from my childhood. I realized why it's food I haven't eaten since childhood.
