Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Covina

We went here on Saturday after we had been to dinner in Long Beach. When we walked, my husband and I were deciding when in error I lowered my mask to say something to my husband, and the girl behind the counter was quick to correct me about it. I realize I was in the wrong so I quickly put my mask back up & apologize, but then I watched that same girl grab my waffle cone that I was getting in a bowl with her bare hands instead of grabbing the bowl. There was no reason for that I don't know if she was trying to get back at me because I realized I did it by mistake and apologized, this was a poor customer service. I was very upset. I commented on it to my husband when we were leaving. Not sure if she heard me or not. However 30 minutes later the ice cream made me sick. I would not recommend this place not only poor service but the ice-cream obviously...

Cold Stones always tastes great and is always bougie (you get what you pay for)!

This location is right next to AMC theatres and we stopped by to cool off here before watching a movie!

Chose the Caramel apple pie pre-made flavor and it was delicious!!

The employees were nice and helpful. But I gave 4 stars because all the tables outside are poorly taken care of and in bad shape. We sat down at the first and it was so shaky and unstable. So we switched to the other one and it was just as shaky. You could tell no effort was put into preserving the seating...

What kind of store runs out of CASH!!!!! I drove clothes 👚 to 10min to this Cold Stone because it was the closest one that was open it 10:00pm. We walked inside and stood in line for another 10 min (20min adventure now) it was finally out turn and we placed our order. While the girl 👧 was making my ice-cream may boyfriend started to pull cash out of his wallet 👛 and that's when we were told that we had to pay with a card 🃏 that they had no cash!! I asked them if we should pay cash if we didn't require change.!! They told me no!! So by the time our little 25 min adventure was over all the other icecream places...
