I got a Dunkin’ refresher, black pepper snackin bacon and the hash brown cup. First of all I ordered from the app because I haven’t had a pleasant drive thru experience at this location in the past so I tried the pickup from inside. Still not a good experience. I walk in and try to get my order but no one spoke to me asked me if I needed assistance or anything whatsoever, just some up and down eye contact. I go to one side of the counter and try to get my order and nothing then I go to the other side of the counter and I wait. I can see my order behind the counter. Finally after waiting for a while someone comes up to me and asks and says do I need assistance and I say yes I have an online order for __ my name and she gives me someone else’s food and I say it’s the other one with _ my name on it and she hands it to me I say thanks so much and I get hit with just a stare and no you’re welcome or have a nice day. So I leave I begin to eat my food and the bacon is just bacon it’s not the pepper bacon…. It’s just half cooked bacon. Read moreI’m a regular customer at your Covington Town Center Dunkin and usually visit through the drive-thru. However, this morning Sunday, April 13th around 8:00 AM my husband and I decided to walk in instead, and we were very disappointed by the experience.
There were no other customers inside at the time, and although several employees made direct eye contact with us, no one acknowledged our presence. I even said “Good morning” out loud to the group, and not a single person responded except for the Caucasian cashier. The rest of the team remained silent and unwelcoming. It felt extremely rude and dismissive, especially so early in the morning.
What was even more concerning was seeing one of the employees sneeze into her hand and continue preparing food orders without washing her hands or wearing gloves. That’s a serious health and safety concern and should be addressed immediately.
As a loyal customer, I expect basic courtesy and sanitary practices, and unfortunately, neither were present today. I hope this feedback will lead to better customer service and food safety training at...
Read moreNormally have great experience here but there is something changing and not for the better. The last few times the quality and service have been lacking. Today was the last straw for me so I decided to post. My last 3 visits (where I am normally picking up donuts for my daughter) the donuts have been hard and stale. I didn't complain because this was not how things are usually. I chalked it up to having come in the evenings. Now this morning I order on the app got there to get my latte and my babies sandwich and they give me a half filled cup. When I mentioned how it was filled the lady said she couldn't do anything because the machine measures it. My issue is paying over 4 dollars for a product and getting a half filled cup. Businesses no longer care about consumers they don't think twice about wasting people's money.
