If I could give this store 0 ⭐, I would gladly do so. 1st & last time customer. I will not eat here again.
Gone through drive-thru in Covington, GA, I constantly repeated my order several times & the girl still could not get it correct. Arrived home, it was the complete opposite of what I asked for.
*So they earned 0 - ⭐. *
UPDATE:
After I posted my review, I was contacted by a member of the Freddy’s Customer Service team. They apologized and did provided 2 free meals tokens. I attempted to use one at the Freddy’s in Conyers, GA, but again the same inappropriate behaviors occurred. The on-shift manager was very rude after I observed her take the free token and placed it in her pocket. WOW!!!
When asked her name she refused and made a comment saying, “I ain’t giving you my name because all y’all do is get it and call Corporate to complain.”
Really? 🤔 If we complain, then there must be a problem that needs immediate attention.
The second meal token, I decided to use it in a different location. This time I visited the Freddy’s in Snellville, GA. I was testing the customer service and hoped it was a better atmosphere than the last two. Again, Freddy’s failed miserably. At this location, I once again went through the drive-thru and it taken forever for someone to assist me. It was only two cars in the drive-thru and I was the second car. I had to wait over 30 minutes. When I arrived to the window, once again I gave the cashier the free meal token & she looked at it and I observe her place it in her pocket. I guess these free meal tokens from Freddy’s is like gold bitcoins. Once they reach the store and in the hands of an employee it appears they hit the lottery.
💡 Freddy’s definitely need to look into this matter and instead of sending out paper free meal tokens, I’d like to suggest creating the tokens to be digital instead. Perhaps, creating the free meal token into a QR code and the store could scan it with a scanning device. 💡.
Also, it is my final decision that I am not going to change my review. I’ll stand by my first review and if I could give Freddy’s corporation 0 🌟 on the survey, I definitely would because the customer service at the store level is horrible. The staff is very discourteous and Freddy’s definitely need to incorporate customer service and hospitality skills in their training amongst the staff at the...
Read moreI'm not usually one to complain, but I feel I need to address my experience with your restaurant. This was my second time eating here, and while the first visit was great, my recent visit was disappointing. The burger was fine, and I enjoyed the onion rings until I got to the last one. When I bit into it, something was off. I opened it up and discovered it was undercooked. Given my sensitive stomach, this was quite unsettling.
When I called to express my concerns, I made it clear that I was not looking for a replacement, as I had already eaten everything except my ice cream. However, the manager I spoke with—whose name I didn’t catch—responded in a dismissive manner, saying something like, “I’m sorry to hear that, thanks for the review.” This response is unacceptable for a restaurant that I thought might provide a better experience. I had hoped to find a new favorite place, but now I'm left feeling very...
Read moreTo be honest, I went in expecting disaster. With bad experiences at other locations plus it being only 15 minutes before they closed, I fully expected the staff to be annoyed and the food to be only edible as i was just looking for a quick bite after my shift. The woman who took my order was so kind and cheerful, all the way through the staff was nothing but pleasant. They gave me my burger and had asked me to move up while they wait for my cheese curds and tater tots to finish cooking. The gentleman who directed me to move up was very polite and professional, and you could see them all on their toes inside! Even with being moved up they had my food out super fast and it was fresh, straight off the heat and DELICIOUS and more than exceeded my expectations. they have an...
