I love this location. On my way to work I stop by, despite construction, so I can get my favorite drink. The ladies there like to strike up a conversation with me and are absolutely delightful to talk to. Their service is fast, it's usually customers that make things a bit complicated for them in the drive thru like last minute ordering of a drink after you pulled up to the window, causing the line of cars behind to wait till your drink gets made and to be brought to the window. That happened recently. But mainly customers are fast when placing their orders. People here know what they want and don't have 5 kids in the car all ordering stuff, like I've noticed with other locations. Honestly this starbucks is a gem for my time management before work, and I wish it was like this everywhere else. Just simple order and go. The only reason it's getting 4/5 stars is due to some hiccups where they didn't write my order down correctly, or gave me the wrong type of drink or handed me a drink which was meant for the next customer in line. Read moreI can't stand the service at this location and the only reason I stop here is because the in town location doesn't open until 6am now. Every time I pick up my order I ask for a straw and they act like how dare I ask for a straw. They are rude and have the worst customer service-Dianna who is usually at the window is far too busy carrying on her conversation with her coworkers than to grab my coffee sitting there and hand it to me. Every single time she is chatting away when I pull up, stops barely long enough to hand me my drink, and right back to her conversation. I'm sorry to interrupt your personal conversation to get the coffee I paid for. Read moreYes it's overpriced so that is to be expected with the title. But with knowing what we know about Starbucks and its costs, this drive through line always runs smoothly and if it is rare when it doesn't, the staff always genuinely apologizes. The staff is pretty much stellar and I go here quite often (4-5 days per week) on the way to work....if the staff wasn't as good and CONSISTENT as they are I'd probably not go as much. Very nice and respectful even when I change my order unexpectedly (happens multiple times!!) Good job management and employees...keep it up!!
