Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Covington

I normally don't write reviews but the service was so unbelievably horrible i have to, to start of with our server [Adriona] was in a horrible mood specially with me and my girlfriend nobody else practically ignored us and when she did serve us she was impatient and rushed us to order and didn't even get our order right not once not twice not three times but every single time we asked her for something she would conveniently forget something and had an aditude with us specifically everybody else she was Sunshine and rainbows but us she looked like our mere presence was a problem the only time she was nice to us was when I was so fed up with her antics that I asked for her name then every time she came bye she was Sunshine and rainbows and it wasn't just her that had a problem with us it was everyone except one very kind server with long black hair tied back in a bun even the manager [Tristan] was nasty to us indirectly of course we also had a previous experience with said manger and not a good one another thing to note is we are a mixed couple me white my girlfriend black and most of the other staff included the manager were giving her nasty stairs and looks even i seen it happening and I'm not the most attentive person not sure if it was racism or because of something else but the entire atmosphere was unwelcomeing and hostile towards the both of us but mainly her. I highly recommend not eating in here at all as this is not my first bad experience with this red Robbins location if your looking to eat in just go to applebee's they have a great atmosphere and amazing service food more...

Usually we would have ok time as family when we ordered burgers. This time i took my spouse for surprized anniversary dinner. He ordered burger and i want to order something else. I ordred from picture without looking at discription. I verifiyed with staff i orded food asking if this is beef meet. I was told it is beef. Other server brought food and again i asked if this is beef i was told it is. Since meat was in barbecue sause i was not able to taste difference. I ate slice and food came in 2 pieces/slices of meat. I did not felt right i ask my spouse to grab a menu. I found the discription and it said PORK. we called the server who took our order, i asked her again if it is beef she said yes, it is beef. I showed her the written discription which said barbecue rib pork. She said well its pork then. I felt very bad, nauseated, anxious, sad. Pork is prohibited in my culture. We spoke with manager. He appologized was very helpfull but i alrady eat something i should not even touching. He did not took payment for food. But that was not my point. I eat something that i should never have off. Even after verifying. I felt bad. On way home i cried. At home i try to vomit. I stiil have stomach pain everytime i think about it. Its just so sad. I dont even talk about our anniversary being ruined. I just want to make sure people know what they serve. Especially when you ask and verify food. Concidering culture and allergies. I understand i should of read, but what i have verified. I am not sure how to express myself. I am just so sad about...

My name is Kim, but using my daughters google account. Called in a to go order at 7:01pm tonight. Was told order would be ready for pick up at 7:36. Got there at 7:40 and called the phone # on the to go spot as instructed. They asked my name and what # spot I was in. 24 minutes go by and still no one had come out. I call again and somehow the girl who answered the first time didn’t write down that I was there. You would think they would be super apologetic or give a little discount, but nope. Nothing. The girl who did finally come out was not very happy or friendly. Zero personality or customer service skills. And the worst part was that our food was not only cold, but soggy! My turkey BLTA was so soggy the breading actually tore and fell off when I picked it up to take a bite. It was gross! No one wants to eat soggy, wet bread! The fries were cold. The burgers were room temp at best. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve had a not so great experience at this Red Robin, so sadly will probably be our families last. For the amount of money you pay for a meal you should be able to expect a decent hot meal. Very disappointed! We eat out A LOT, but RR will not be on our list of places to support. Hopefully they turn things around, provide more customer service training, and can be a great local spot to eat...
