Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Covington

My family comes here often we usually order mobile, today we did just that. Once we arrived and went through drive thru the young lady at the front window confirmed my name and order and instructed us to drive forward. At the next window the young man asked again and a woman behind him yelled we don’t have a mobile order for that name. I asked if they needed the refer number and double checked the location. The young lady yelled again yeah we don’t have an order for you. The young man told us to pull forward which we did. Once he walked out he let us know that they found it in their system and now needed to make our order. Mind you online it said our order would be ready at 6:43 we arrived at 6:50 once all the confusion was figured out we ended up getting our order at 7:05. This may not seem like anything major to some, but there are definitely better ways to handle things like this without yelling out the drive thru that there is not an order for us without confirming on your end. My family of four came in "starving" closer to close, roughly 9:30pm after four games at our children's school. We normally don't like going in to a place so close to closing in fear we're gonna get food "from the bottom of the pot" and horrible customer service.

However, we were nicly greeted and our order taken promptly. The cashier was extremely nice and accommodating with our order specifications and she ensured the specifications were implemented. She also advised, due to the time, all orders are MTO and the wait would be longer than usual - we're okay with the wait, rather it be hot and fresh. As we were eating, the cashier respectfully came over to advise she was working on emptying the sweet tea if anyone wanted a refill first (spectacular)!

I work in the area so after work I went in to get a salad. One of the fellas In the back said it will be 6 mins for grilled chicken I just looked puzzled because had I known I would've ordered something else. So I said ok. I waited when I got the salad it was poorly made and not like other locations they had my cheese in a lil container in the salad I've never seen that when I asked where the fried onions he looked as if I inconvenienced him!
