I called in today to place an order for 50 wings. The menu makes it clear that you can get 2 sauces in an order of 50.

When I called, I asked if it would be possible to get 2 sauces, but to get a smaller number of wings in the second sauce. My daughter asked for wings for her birthday and I’m the only one that likes hot wings and didn’t want 25 of them.

The lady who took my order said this was fine. When I came in to pick up my order the man who waited on me made it a point to proclaim that orders of 50 could only be split into two flavors. When I explained that I only wanted two flavors, I was told that "plain" was the 3rd flavor. I pointed out that I didn't want any plain and once it was realized that was a mistake on their part it was emphasized that the 2 flavors had to be split equally 25 and 25 next time.

It was clearly known that I asked when I called in to place the order and was told this was okay and yet for some reason this was still such a massive inconvenience that it was necessary to make sure that I never ever did this again. Give me a break.

Cranberry location. The wings were in a great sauce and were decently sized. I would return for the wings hands down. The house salads we got were a good size as well, nothing to write home about though. Fries were standard so they were good as well. Many have complained about the service and wait times. I would agree with these comments. It is very apparent that they are short staffed and have been for some time. The woman taking orders was pleasant enough but seemed a little scattered. I had no issues with my order but I only ordered one type of wings. (I picked up after calling in). I was told 50-60 minutes after I called and walked out with my food after about an hour and 20 so I waited for a bit. I'm a pretty patient person and could see the help wanted sign so I understood, however if this has been an issue for a long time, just tell me a long wait time and I'd be happy. Cash only is annoying but I read that online before I left the house so I was prepared and it didn't bother me. I'd go back again but I'd probably wait longer than estimated to go pick up since they can't seem to figure out the estimates. I'm curious how other locations operate in...

So there are a few notes on my visit this weekend. First, only cash. So if you don't have cash you have to use an ATM that charges 3 bucks per use. It's 2019. Come on. Second, I received three styrofoam containers that were stacked on top of each other and the two on the bottom were melting into the food. The one wasn't bad, just caving, but the other actually had a hole because of the melting. Did that get onto the food? Dunno. Not sure I want to eat styrofoam. Third, I asked for sauce on the side. The sauce came in a tiny container and was not enough for the chicken tenders that were given. Finally, the service, meh. Granted I'm only picking up and not eating in, but it wasn't exactly friendly. Honestly that's the least of my concerns out of the four issues, but it's noticeable.

The food was good, but not good enough to overcome everything above. I can get similar or better elsewhere without having to deal with an ATM, melting containers, or limited condiments. Struggled between a two and a three star, would easily give it a 2.5, but rounded down.
