Starbucks — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

I've been to many Starbucks. We're staying in the hotel across from this location. We decided to grab some coffee before heading back to our hotel room. I had to use the restroom and when I open the door there was toilet paper and urine all over the ground and smelled foul. I decided to skip the bathroom and just go for the coffee. While I was waiting for my fiance toorder I could not find one clean table in the restaurant to sit at and the floor was in desperate need of sweeping and mopping.when she came out and we went up to the counter to order there was a foul smell coming from behind the counter not that of any coffee being I've ever smelled before.while glancing over the counter I noticed dirty cups sticky stuff all over the floor cups lying and drain grates cell phones all over the counter. I did not even feel safe drinking a coffee made in that kitchen.I guess if you're going to get a coffee from here make sure you go through the drive-thru so you don't have to see how disgusting it is inside...

I don't go to Starbucks often but this morning i was going into work, had morning sickness and needed to eat something quick so I came here. I made a mobile order today for two lattes and a breakfast sandwich. My latte was creme Carmel and I asked to have it without the whipped cream and in the picture as soon it has cream on it. I ordered the croissant biscuit breakfast sandwich and specified no meat as also shown in the picture. I DON'T EAT BACON. When I pick up my order there was bacon on the sandwich also shown in a picture. If customized orders are not possible then don't make it an option especially with something that says no meat. I could have good allergies, follow a specific religion or something could just make me sick. I didn't have the time to come back and get a new order but this was my first and last time coming...

Don't waste your time here. We were the only ones in the store and it took 3 people 5 minutes to take our order. I asked for very light ice in my shaken horchata espresso. It came out full of ice and not shaken (despite that being in the name?). I asked politely for it to be made as I'd asked (it's a $6 drink). The older woman had a horrible attitude and rudely replied that if there wasn't that much ice, that there would just be a big empty space. Since I've had this drink before, that was made properly, I know that's not true. I couldn't believe my eyes when my remade drink came out; it had the same amount of ice and was missing almost 3 inches of liquid (I included it in the pictures). 6 dollars for not even 3 inches of a drink that was still filled with ice.
