Love this Marshall's its huge usually have tons of amazing name brand shoes Christmas time had many ugg boots hunter and other expensive brands. They have very large selection of makeup and hair care also wide selection from elf to clinique to milk to morphe and brands from.ulta sephora etc also very large section of handbags purses etc and also the furniture section is much larger then most other marshalls ive been to if ur a tjmaxx Marshall's ross etc gal or guy like me then u will be able to frequent this store or visit on occasion and easily spend hrs here. Dislike that the perfume colone are locked up now. This is a first ive seen.... the one store closer to the city isnt yet but im sure it will be in near future also. Ppl quit being ahole theives!! Seriously!! Amazing holiday selection of decor blankets costumes etc!! I could have spent money i shouldnt have on all that stuff lucky they were closing. Come check them out i almost doubt u will leave completely empty handed. We got some chi dry shampoo and milk highlighter stick for 13 bucks total!! So u wont be disappointed. Did have an employee that didn't care whatsoever my daughter said mom i picked this makeup and it must have been open it slid out and fell on the floor the contents that were in it not sure if it was a compact or what but the powder n chunks of were on the floor the girl was a foot from us for 2 mins walking around us in circles i went to tell her or see if she loooed at the floor or my daughter n it was obvious she didnt give a shit!! I was kinda turned off by that' yah,i know working sucks some times but when i hear a Child well shes almost 14 say mom i picked this up...and theres a mess what do i do...and u do everything u can to not have contact with us or speak to us um weird! I told my daughter just put it back on shelf its obvious she doesn't care!! I wasn't thinking normally i would have taken to register for them to take care of and tell them about the floor mess. But after the experience i had with the employee in the section i said f it and forget about it till just now. I felt bad cuz my daughter felt so bad, but it was completely an accident.i I told her it happens honey u didn't open the package and damge the package and make it fall out and break it on purpose its ok honey. She said that things get put in the wrong place (displayed?) all the time. I can understand something being placed in the wrong spot but a display boot set out with the price behind it with multiple pairs of the same boots right underneath it? I then asked for the price on an item and the girl at the register told me that I would have to go search through beauty for another one with a price. I told her it was the only one I saw and she then told me to go find something like it so she could figure out a price. I was not going to do that so I said so I just can't buy it then? She said she would have to get someone to find a price, I agreed to wait on that. After both of these issues, she neglected to wrap glass mugs with paper and just wrapped a single plastic bag around it and tossed it to the bottom of the bag. This was the worst display of customer service I have received in a long time and I will be avoiding this location. The management didnt care at all, so that explains why the cashier was so rude and bad at her job. Read moreSub-par experience. I realize that it's tough to find quality employees today, those with a good work ethic and those that stick around (retention issues for companies). However, when customers (I wasn't the only one complaining) wait in line for 30+ minutes, while two cashiers fumble and bumble. Allowing two customers (in front of us) to converse (they must have been friends) and allowing their wives to go back and forth to look for different sizes, while the rest of us wait is unacceptable. As usual with this place, the managers were nowhere to be found. Seems that way every time that I am in there. I was supposed to get a call back from a "Laura" a district manager and she never called. It doesn't surprise me. I wasn't going to review, but since she dropped the ball with the awful experience, I gave it a negative volley. Oh, and I tried to return a defective charger that I had purchased a week early.
