My boyfriend and I drive for DoorDash. This location has a pickup window specifically for DoorDash. We stood outside the window for a good ten minutes during which several people got food from the two girls inside who completely ignored us, and we kept standing there during lulls where there were no other customers. We were completely ignored by these two girls. Eventually another woman showed up and opened the closed window that we had been standing at for far too long now and we said we had a pickup order and she reached into the cooler just inside the window and handed it to us. SHE was great. The other two girls clearly had ZERO customer service skills, and cost us potential money that we could have been earning instead of standing there while our pickup order was just sitting in the cooler. Came yesterday at about 9:30pm, place was closed even though the hours online said they were open until 10:00pm. Okay that’s fine, things happen. I called tonight at about 8:30pm and asked how late they were open tonight. The girl on the phone said 10:00pm. I came with a group of people at 9:35pm and the place was closed again. Multiple groups of people were getting out of their cars and walking up only to realize they were closed. I called and when they answered, I said the girl earlier told me they’d be open until 10:00pm, but they were closed now and I was wondering why. She said her boss told them that if it wasn’t busy at 9:30pm, then to close. I’m not sure the five separate groups of people I watched leave disappointed constituted as not busy, but sure. Ordered 3 ice creams! One of them was Oreo concrete with fudge! My daughter couldn’t eat it as it was swimming in a pool of fudge. We pay $7 to buy fudge 🙄or to buy your icecream! So, I Called the store the manager started giving me excuses about the pump they use to release the fudge m!
