Everything was great and food was delicious as usual!

However, the reason for this 5 star review is to highlight the wonderful and patient demeanor towards me at the drive thru order placement microphone! It was a young man that took my order, which was a little complicated. Unfortunately, I can not remember this young man’s name, however I hope you can take a look at the enclosed picture of my order, and see who he was. He deserves to be rewarded for his very nice attitude with this old lady! 😁

I would also like to recognize the woman that was working with him, and was handing out the orders at the window.

It is so noticeable when you receive exceptional service and attitudes these days, both of these employees deserve recognition for their excellent work ethic!

Ordered my kids a 10 count of assorted munchkins get them get home, all glazed. They didn’t tell me they only had glaze, they didn’t ask if that was okay nothing. Called to see yk why they didn’t tell me before just giving me 10 glazed munchkins. Someone named “Troy” answered the phone sounding stoned out of his mind he didn’t even have an answer for me, tried to not give me his name after asking multiple times. Telling me oh he’s pretty sure they told me as if I was not just there? Honestly could have went down the road a mile to a different Dunkin for munchkins my children would have actually enjoyed. No sorry for the inconvenience, when you hire teeny boppers maybe try teaching them a little hospitality or customer service before they start...

2 months ago l purchased a dozen donuts when l got home they were stale,l called and got some acting manager and was told to come by anytime to get a new dozen when l went back some days later, she wasn't there anymore,so l explained nothing could be done, this morning my wife went and purchased that 2 for $2 breakfast wrap, (6) they taste like plastic., maybe the microwave oven needs a cleaning ,like a plastic bag burnt on the grill?lm sending the home office a note to my experience with that location,I'm sure it's not the first ( across from BOBS...
