went in 6/2/24 , ordered large iced water and medium blueberry iced coffee with oatmilk. cashier did not greet us and was holding her phone up to her ear while rudely walking over to take our order. as i watched her made my coffee i noticed barely any oatmilk go in, and she forgot to add the blueberry .i used to work at dunkin so I know how it’s supposed to be made. so i kindly asked for a little more oatmilk as i think for 75 cents i should have more than a drop. and i asked for the blueberry . she told me to stop being disrespectful by interrupting her “important call”. we argued back and forth and manager notified me over the phone that i have received a no trespassing order for “harassment” not sure what happened to “the customer is always right” but this location in particular will always leave you disappointed, quality of food and drinks is trash and you’re treated like a nuisance rather than appreciated for being a paying customer. everyone employed by this establishment is sad with their lives and enjoy taking it out on innocent people by ruining their days and pushing them away, place should just be shut down since they want to kick out...

Post-COVID19 Notation: This particular location Never Closed during the so-called outbreak, a fact for which I am profoundly grateful considering I work less than a mile away. Same Staff, Same Stellar Service. 'Nuff Said.

One of the better-to-best Dunkins in the area. Can get quite busy at peak times, but in early AM lines are practically nonexistent. Service is prompt and I've never had to repeat myself on an order. In fact, most times I need say nothing at all, as the employees Actually Remember Repeat Customers! And What They Drink! What an astounding concept! Mebbe if all Dunkins were like this, it would be less of a feat. Alas, it is not the norm. Parking lot is spacious, sharing stalls with other stores on the property, and most pre-caffeine zombies are easily avoided. Just down the hill from the Sockanosset entrance to Garden City. I came here with my uncle and partner I paid for my coffee and then we had to pay $1.08 for a small water then we left and we came back because we came for more coffee and I was short five cents and the employee wouldn’t let me go although earlier i had left extra change and explained I am a regular customer who comes here every single solitary day and there is no reason to not let someone go over five pennies and To top it off charging me 1.08 for a small water is ridiculous I would like to speak to a manager about this situation.
