They don't open at the correct time. If you have a walk in mobile order you have to wait 10 minutes into he drive thru. And on the days you can get in the store AFTER 7am NEVER BEFORE. For they mobile orders , they are never ready. I tried to do a survey on the run on Dunkin but the store number on my receipt is saying invalid.
Today was the worse. Not only I got there at 630 with a order, the doors was locked so ingot in the drive thru. Waited 5-10 minutes to get to mic just to be told at that point they were out of something. And then the drink they decided to give me was absolutely nasty And cost less than the drink I was given. Do you think they offered some for the inconvience ? NOPE. She then slams the drive thru window door because I kept complain about what they were giving me. So I took the bad drink and left. Because I couldn’t go in and handle it as it should have properly been done.
Update: after speaking with Dunkin customer service about the issue. They resolved it, and they also explained how the store have control of saying what’s out of stock on the app. Obviously they don’t care at the location about wasting customers time. This whole day could have been avoided if they just update the app correctly...
Read moreUpdate in June 2025 the guy working the drive thru was very unpleasant and yelling as if he is talking to a child. There was no line in the drive thru and I had a question about a drink and the lady answered with no issues. She helped me avoid a very bad flare up ordering for someone. So once she helped the guy yells very snappy order first then come to the drive thru and I politely let him know I had a question before ordering. He didn't care and handed the drink off very short and dismissive attitude. I don't know how businesses don't realize your consumers will decrease from bad service. He had no empathy at all and I was grateful the woman made the drink because I wouldn't have accepted it. It takes and costs nothing to be kind. I found another location and it's not very close but the menu items aren't the problem. I don't know if management has changed but that was my last Cresthill order it's bad enough traffic can make it challenging to get in and out the parking lot. Please treat everyone with respect and understand if someone doesn't want to mess up someone else order before ordering and wasting time...
Read moreI’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts daily for about a year and never had any issues—until recently. The past two visits have been disappointing due to how rude the staff has become, even though it’s the same people I’ve always seen.
On one visit, I ordered my usual coffee, bacon, and hash browns. The employee read the order back correctly, and it was displayed properly on the screen. However, when I received my food, the hash browns were missing. I drove back around to let them know, and the male employee told me I wasn’t charged for them—yet when I checked my bank statement, I clearly was.
Then today, when I was placing my order through the speaker, the woman working responded very rudely, saying I was speaking too low and she couldn’t hear me—despite me speaking at a normal level.
What’s frustrating is that I’ve always been polite and respectful, and I don’t feel like that same respect has been returned lately. If the staff is unhappy with their job, that’s not the customer’s fault. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location after this...
