I used to come here almost daily, but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant is extremely lousy. Not once, not twice, but over and over, the night crew is so confused, I'll mannered, very poor customer service and orders are constantly wrong. Not just mine, but as I stand waiting and waiting for my food, I watch those before me, bring their food back, because something is wrong with their order.
I ordered a fish filet sandwich, plain, on a toasted bun...simple right? Meat and bun. But no, they messed it up, it was loaded and on a steamed bun. I told them it was wrong, the manager (a young Hispanic girl) totally ignored me, and I finally told another girl to tell the grill person what I needed, and the lady In the grill, with a full screen of orders, stood there, and refused to make the sandwich, saying it wasn't on her screen. The manager just left customers stanfig8, and went back in the grill to make sandwiches herself. During all this, I saw 2 employees take out there phones and make a few clicks. No apology, no nothing. And this was only 1 of my experiences here at this mcdonalds. NEVER AGAIN!!!
McDonald's corporate? This store is a shame to the corporate company.
Unbelievable!!!! I'd advise all who read this this, to take a few extra minutes and drive west on Plainfield rd to the mcdonalds by Westfield mall. Now THAT'S a good mcdonalds!

Read moreI’m sorry but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I wish I was exaggerating when I said they literally forgot something I order 9 out of ten times I go there. Half the time I realize when I get home because I work twelve hour shifts and I’m eager to get home. I realized one time when I was there and I had to go all the way through the drive thru again which took me 30 minutes because they had the door locked even tho it was still pretty early. So by the time I went back through and got my items, my food was cold anyways. Since they’re the ones who forgot my items they should have had me pull up to a drive thru spot for the inconvenience instead of spending about an hour in the drive thru. I don’t even know why I go there anymore. Bc if my food isn’t missing then there is something wrong like the bread is so hard you don’t want to eat the burger. Read morene should always remember that a dissatisfied customer is more likely to make a review than a satisfied customer. They see hundreds if not thousands of people every single day with no problem. I personally always come during the night shift due to my sleep schedule. The staff has always been an excellent at preparing my meals even though I request special preparation for each of the things that I ordered. My custom orders always take much longer to prepare but the staff has always done a very good job at fulfilling my request. They do an excellent job handling the Oddball characters that come in at this time of night. Remember, these people are human beings. Treat them like one and they will treat you like one. Respect is a two-way street and just because they work at McDonald's doesn't mean they deserve any less respect.
