Subway — Restaurant in Creve Coeur

I have never experienced such unprofessional, unethical, disrespectful incompetence from a restaurant in my entire life as I did on May 20, 2020 at the Subway in Creve Couer on Olive and Mosley. I was mocked, threatened and made to feel intimidated by both employees working there, Dayonna and Tyra. Throughout, Dayonna mumbled under her breath vitriolic words and phrases, often mimicking anything I said in an effort to mock me. If I asked her to repeat any of her comments, (which, under normal circumstances, would be directed toward me and not about me) she would begin shouting “I don’t have to serve you. Do you want the sandwich or not?” When I asked for contact information for the owner and manager, she supplied two names with 2 phone numbers. However, I later found that she had given me her and Tyra’s phone numbers in place of the legitimate numbers. While I was there, there was another customer in the store who was being treated with as much vitriol and intimidation as I. He placed an order online requesting that two ingredients be left off the sandwich, and Tyra had made the sandwich with those ingredients on the sandwich. In response to his simple request to remake the sandwich while showing proof of his order on his phone, Tyra began making similar comments to him, such as ”Is it really that serious?” followed by “SHUT UP!” Dayonna then grabbed both of his sandwiches out of his hand and said, “You’re not getting any of these damn sandwiches!” I then asked the other customer if he’d been recording this and when he said yes, one of the girls begrudgingly began to remake the sandwich while the other went in the back and proceeded to call the police and file a (false) report about...

This is more so a review for my fellow Uber drivers. I'm an Uber driver and all participating subway locations offer drinks, cookies, and sandwiches to drivers as part of our reward programs. I came in today and asked for my free beverage, and was immediately denied service citing "We don't do that here". I asked for my drink again and showed them that, yes, they indeed do offer to Uber drivers based on the app and was still told to my face "Yeah, we still don't do that here". The young workers who work here have no respect for customers whatsoever. One of the workers was so rude that she did not talk the whole time. I walked in she didn’t say anything. I said hello got no response. I told her my order still nothing she just kept looking at me like she wanted me to make my sandwich my self. She didn’t even tell me the total or anything.
