Immediately walking into this chipotle, you’re greeted by the staff’s child who seems to be around 12-13 yrs old. This child is on the phone very loudly, wandering around the register area and in customer’s space. While he is on the phone he is cussing every other word very loudly, and shoving past customers to show his mother something on the phone he’s using. She would yell back at him instructions about some account. The staff very rudely informed me that they were out of chicken, white rice, quac and queso. Come to find out after I had already altered my order and was leaving, that they weren’t actually out. She just didn’t want to go make or get more out. She only did so when customers waiting for mobile orders persisted that she do. I ordered my steak burrito, replacing white rice with brown, and sans queso and quac, and was attempting to say I’d like to order a kid’s quesadilla. I was cut off and told that she was gonna help the next customer. My food was shoved to the register and I told the employee at the register that I also was needing a kids quesadilla. She said I should have ordered that at the beginning. I explained that I tried and the first employee cut me yet again to say “whatever. She ain’t say nothing to me.” They made me go back to the end of the line just to order a kids quesadilla, no sides or anything else. While I was finally paying for my food, the employee at the register had stopped ringing me up and interrupted me 3 times to ask if people waiting had a mobile order. She then stopped ringing me up to talk to a customer about a bowl that was made completely wrong. She apologized then told him he’d have to get in line if he wanted it remade. I’m so disappointed by this location and will never return. I am 5 months pregnant and do not need to be getting shoved by employees cussing children just to get a poorly made burrito. Read moreI usually always have a great experience at Chipotle, and have been known to take advantage of the online ordering process during the lunch/dinner hours to speed things up. I hate giving more negative reviews of places, and this may have been a fluke, but the overall process from this particular Chipotle was disappointing. My friend and I ordered a barbacoa burrito and three hard shell tacos, online, for dinner. We arrived at the establishment after the estimated time (about 15 mins later) and went to the checkout station for pickup. I was a little surprised when we were immediately handed cups for complimentary drinks since the order wasn't ready, yet. That was a very nice gesture, so props to the workers for that. We must have been the only online order during that time. Overall we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the meal since the hard shells needed to be crisped (from what I gathered). Sadly, the food was only luke-warm when we received/brought it home (5 min drive) as well, so that took away from the experience especially when those burritos usually retain their generally scaldingly-awesome heat for ages.
TLDR: Long wait despite online order, free drinks for the wait, cold burrito. Sad panda overall. Friendly and clean staff but poor time-management skills. I'll give the store another chance, but hope they learn to...

I had asked her to please label each item I ordered so it makes it easier for me to hand out to my family. The last item of my order I asked her to label it C2 chicken 2nd, her answer was Yes I was going to do that... Just went here last night!. 3/3/22 Don't have my receipt but I have my cc app on my phone, I said "25.00 on CASH, the rest on the card"! So what does she the cashier older lady looking like in her maybe late 40's or early 50's I looked at the register, it said remaining balance which was 20.40 something. But I look at my app just now at 5:17 am Central time., It says 45.70$!. The whole freaking tab!. Now she just put free $ 25.00 in her til last night!. NOW IF YOU CANT SPLIT TABS TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT!!!! CALLING THEM TODAY!! RAISING HOLY HELL! I WANT MY 25.00 BACK!!
