This Costco Food Court has the worst service. The person who I had to deal with was rude, condescending, obnoxious and just very cruel. I am sorry he does not like his job. He is paid $20 an hour and I guess for him that is not enough to stand behind a counter and hand out food.
I went there, not having been before after an eye appointment at this Costco. My eyes were dilated so I could not see well. I walked up to a large area that had workers behind them and tried to order. This creep actually yelled at me saying, "what does the sign say", I looked up and read it and I responded, "pick up." He then yelled again at me and said NOOOO, the one above it. I looked at that and could not read it at all because with my eyes it was all blurry. I think it said to order at the kiosk. I told him to could not read it and he yelled again (it was not crowded) "Not here, there." I had no idea what he was talking about and he was so mean. A woman that overheard this, told me to walk over to the set of computer and order there and pick up here. She pointed to a table of computers. I thanked her, told the worker was a total jerk he was and left.
The area was so dirty, clearly never cleaned but at the end of the day maybe. The food is cheap and that is why I wanted to try it. They had hot dogs and I was hungry.
I then saw someone with food and it did not look good, but for the price, what do I know.
For anyone to treat another person like dirt screams to their character....

In the past, we’ve enjoyed ordering pizza over the phone and then simply picking it up, but this time, things took a frustrating turn. We found ourselves waiting in a lengthy 50-minute line after placing our order over the phone, which really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead!
To make matters worse, after patiently waiting for over 30 minutes, the cashier abruptly closed the line and directed the rest of us to join another overcrowded line. Talk about chaotic!
Here’s a tip: It would make things a lot smoother if the cashier, who is about to clock out in 30 minutes, could place a cone or have a customer hold a cone behind them. That way, everyone will know that anyone in front of the cone is the last to be served by that cashier. It’s a simple fix that could enhance everyone's...
