Service was painfully slow! The waiter took his time seating my wife & I. He sat our menus on a random table, on his way to another table. The manager was on a computer sitting, but our waitress was continuously speaking to him. We sat for 14 minutes without any attention. It seemed chaotic & unprofessional, as I noticed the other patrons. They had a look of captivity, waiting for their order. It was on a mid Monday morning maybe 1/3 full. I guess good help is...
