Popeyes has always been one of my favorite places, but lately their food isn't worth the steep price. It used to be quality food, made you feel good to fill your tummy with utter deliciousness, but my past nine visits over this past year was crude and underwhelming.
First, whoever the drive thru woman is that always got my order wrong was terribly rude and obnoxious. I always check my order before I drive off and I was charged fifty dollars for three two piece meals, and she added things on their I didn't ask for. When I was telling the other drive thru attendant the issue, politely, she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth with that God awful synthetic blonde weave that wasn't flattering to her skin tone or that huge pimple that was on her cheek, and said, "Sir, you're holding up the line."
I parked, annoyed and took the order inside the store. I asked for a manager, because I wanted to know why I had six additional items I didn't order.
He was just as rude as his constituent. I asked for my money back and they refused. I just wanted three two piece meals.
When I threatened to tell everybody in the lobby of their shenanigans, I was offered a refund and since they put things on my order I didn't ask for, another manager told me to take all the food with me, on the house, to save face.
Loveeeee that chic-kennnnn from Popeyes, ummmmmm I think not. If rather go to the meat store, buy four pounds of chicken and cook my own. Popeyes, you lost a valued, loyal customer, all because of the blonde haired ghetto fraud that was incapable of correctly taking an order, and didn't have a teaspoon of customer service.
May I recommend Clearasil if that pimple clouded...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. One star is generous. I ordered chicken nuggets which are as the number 6 and got some ghost wings. Ok no problem right? just take it back. Boy was I wrong. Get to the window and instead of just listening to me the customer, and just give me the nuggets I get major attitude and then comes out some ghetto manager with long braids and I thought she was about to fight me. She’s like what do you want? I said the 6 piece and she almost chews my head off saying we don’t have 6 piece nuggets I said I’m sorry I meant the number 6 the nuggets. This lady went off on me while all the employees just stood there. I asked for her name and of course she lied and said Alexa. In any case, this woman is a straight liability for Popeyes. she is aggressive and rude and by her behavior a ticking time bomb with anger management issues obviously uneducated as to how to conduct herself and provide customer service. The girl at the drive through just as incompetent and rude as the manager. No wonder so many bad reviews. To the owner of this Popeyes, hire better staff. This manager is rude and aggressive no clue on the definition of customer service. She gave me a refund and said she wasn’t serving me when she was the one screaming at me. I will definitely let corporate know of my experience. Poor owner who invested in this franchise with this terrible staff. You have cameras there; go through them so you can see the staff you...
Read moreI don’t know but this location is a joke, and I guess I needed a laugh tonight. I was craving some chicken tenders and a biscuit nothing too complicated or too difficult to execute. I also ordered some fries through the Popeyes app just because they were a dollar for each regular fry. Not only was I missing one of my fries but for us to currently still be in a pandemic, they were definitely violating regulations. Even though they were using tongs and scoopers to touch the food, with them not wearing gloves it was disgusting. I seen the cashier handle money and then begin to assemble a order by touch the paper with no gloves or washing her hands. I don’t know about anybody else but to me that was revolting. There was food all over the floor from my view from in front of the counter. Just save your time and your money and find somewhere else to get your dinner. Also when I ask for my second fry that I’d pay for, she had put at least 15 fries in the little wrapper. So if I ever eat Popeyes again I will purchase seasoned fries from Publix before buying theirs again. With my three baby chicken tenders and technically one order of fries, they made sure to give me enough sauce for a 12 piece family meal so I guess that was a plus. As I repeat, I do not recommend this location I’ll definitely give another one a try very far from this one. If you ever come here please check your food prior to leaving the premises and definitely make sure that you pray...
