Today was the absolute last time I will ever order from this store ever again. Getting in and out of this store is an absolute mission, huge design fail in the drive-thru but let's get to the point. I've ordered very few times from this store in the past and their drinks have been consistently poor quality. I took one more chance today because this is the closest store to home and instant regret. I lost another customized freebie venti frapp to the trash because it was absolutely foul and unconsumable. Not only have you moved frapps to strawless cups but how do you expect anyone to be able to drink them when you over ice and the entire top of the cup is all packed ice that won't come through the tiny slit in the lid?!?!? I figured, maybe I can salvage my drink by spooning out and dumping the over iced/frozen layer that takes up half my cup....NOPE! When I finally got to the less than half portion in my cup that actually resembled a consumable liquid substance, the taste was so bad I wanted to vomit. I dumped the entire venti cup of caffe vanilla and lost my 200 stars. The only positive note was at least I didn't have to pay for it. I've never had so many inconsistent coffee drinks in my life from Starbucks and you have about pushed me 100% over to Wawa Coffee which is far more affordable with the most important CONSISTENT flavor! This store no longer exists to me...the most overrated coffee I've ever tried to consume. I was also pretty appalled when a different store served me my frapp with a giant hair half stuck under the lid and half out...you need to up your quality control standards ASAP before someone else does it and puts you out of...
Read moreMy experience was in the drive through. I went to Starbucks twice yesterday. When I first pulled up to the speaker it took a while for me to be addressed. When I pulled up to the front window, (we’d been waiting in line for like 8 minutes)…my 1 drink still wasn’t ready. So, I asked the girl (she has a lot of tattoos, and she is black). She said yes but did not have my drink there waiting for me. I said, “I have to go, is my drink ready?” It wasn’t ready, but she said that it was so I left without my drink due to a time crunch. But, it was only 1 person in front of me.
Still wanting Starbucks I went back around 4:48PM on July 1, 2025. I ordered the same thing but when I got it, it felt really empty and I asked the girl at the window why does it feel empty, and I ordered a venti ? She took the drink back and slammed the window in my face. So, I gave back the food and I left. This time, she was Hispanic with a lot of makeup + blush on. I didn’t see a name tag to properly report her. But, she was very disrespectful and doesn’t need to work at the window, because I didn’t nothing to her. Before I argued, or said anything I just gave her the food and left…
Both experiences were 0/10 and this matter needs to be resolved. Higher quality people who know how to work the window...
Read moreI had a really bad experience going in the store today. the guy in the front named Malcom charged me twice for an impossible sandwich, so obviously I go back to get a refund for the extra sandwich I never wanted. So when I go to pick up the only sandwich I ordered, the guy (Malcom) RUDLEY calls me over giving me a gesture with his hand like I was some sort of dog or something And he said that I was already refunded for this sandwich (assuming that I scammed my way for a free sandwich) and when I told him that he charged me for two and I asked for a refund for just one, he SNATCHED the sandwich out of my hand and started to look at the receipt and realized his mistake. He gave a little apology, but still he was very rude calling me over like I’m some sort of dog or something. It’s not my first problem with this Starbucks, I’ll never go over there ever again.
