I went on a Sunday at around 6:15 no crazy drive thru lines or large amount of people dining in,and it had plenty of parking. The food tasted great they just finished making the burger. So I waited for it no problem, it's great tasking burger just my fries could be more fresh. Especially if I'm dining in. The staff manning the counter has to be a bit more happy doing his job. Slow pace getting things done. shift supervisor didn't seem to mind, this is what you get for what you pay for situation,so whoever owns this franchise needs to talk to management. This needs some work lots of work. Also many tables they need to be wiped down haven't seen a cleaning rag or some disinfectant in a while, glad I'm not a health inspector site them. Read moreI recently visited The Habit Burger Grill 🤮and had an extremely disappointing experience. The service was horrible, and I will never go back. It's my first time there, and I’ve learned my lesson. With employees like that, it's no surprise if they go out of business within a year.
I ordered the Burger with Double Patty Combo (#2 on the menu) with fries. The fries were excessively salty, so I went back to inform them. Instead of addressing the issue, they re-dropped the same fries and added more salt. It seems like they have a habit of putting too much salt on their food. To make matters worse, the lady at the counter was laughing, as if she and the cook thought it was a joke.
This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last. Over-salted food can be dangerous, and it's unacceptable for employees to treat customers' concerns so lightly. Be careful if you decide...

Got my order drove off got home. I had no fries. I called them to let them know a gentleman answer the phone and he told me no problem. Took my email and told me he would send me a coupon for the next time that I came. Not that I cared about getting a coupon because he never sent it. So today I go and I order a salad with a hibiscus drink. I get home. There’s no salad dressing. Is this something I should expect every time I order from this establishment that I won’t get the entire order.
