I edited the post. The manager, prior to my post, came to see me, simply because he saw I was disappointed. We all have off days, wanting to do better is EXCELLENT! Thank you. Original review: I've eaten at this location now several times. At first, I thought I'd found gold. However a few weeks ago everything was terrible. Table next to me was talking about it too. Rumors were running around about staff... I didn't verify, so no need to pass them on. However, sandwiches aren't being prepared the same, orders get lost, wait is terrible and staff is clearly rushed and unhappy. This time my sandwich was HALF it's original size. Last time it was missing flavor and was smaller, also. Pics I'm adding are our original experiences and why we had chosen this as a biweekly eating spot, while in the area. I did not take a pic today. I was too disappointed 😞. Let's get them back to the beautiful version. Slow down, you're already taking long, make the wait worth it. You're going to lose your regulars which know you can do better.

I paid $12 to discover when I got home that they did not fill the salad container the way they are supposed to. I basically got a half salad at the full salad price and I am still hungry.. I am definitely not full and this is definitely not what I paid for. Unacceptable.
Came back again today, 11 months after my first review (above), and had to tell the employees to fill the salad bowl once again. They also neglected to add the egg that the salad comes with but, I did not realize this until I got home.
Why do I have to constantly tell the employees at this establishment how to do their jobs??? And they laugh about it while you are in the drive thru waiting for them to do what they were initially supposed to do. Unacceptable once again.

I go all the time there and order the same thing never a problem when ordering from the employees that usually work. I cannot eat hard bread so I substitute for white soft bread after waiting 5 minutes because he was on the phone I tried to order the same. In a confrontational voice because I interrupted his phone call he said they don’t substitute on duet menu I explained why and he wanted to argue with me and after a few minutes of being talked to like a child I said thank you I will go somewhere else.
