Sadly, this store has the worst manager her name is Damaris, she DON'T have manners or customer service at ALL!! She is very rude and don't resolve anything... One of the cashier stayed with my License and she gave it to the manager 🙄 thinking as a manager should do keep my License in a safe place, I called Burlington 3 times and the ladies that answered my called said No that my License wasn't there at the store (such a liars). So, I decided to go in person and I asked the same cashier that kept my License and she said yes you left it here on that day you did the merchandise exchanged. But, when she went to the office manager to let her know that I was there to get my license, there's no license...so, she told me to call the manager on the next day, I did and the manager said "oh your license was destroyed, because you left it here at the store and we can't keep it" I asked her but why, it was destroyed, so all of them being such a liars since my first call to the store to verify if my License was there and they said No! Now my question is can they provide me with a proof that they did destroy my license? Or maybe someone just decided to be use it! 🤔 "manager Damaris" you should step down and put your resignation, you don't know how to perform as a manage should do. Read moreStore has good prices & merchandise but you got to think twice and be ready to make a mile long line . They have 12 registers to pay but really only 3 have actual cashiers that are working and you can pay for what you purchase . I have visited this store several times , different days and it’s always under staffed . And if you ask someone for help or a price forget it . Their response will always be can’t help you and I don’t have a price scanner . The front buzzer is always going off , you can hear it as you’re standing in long line yo pay . I imagine lost prevention is also understaffed. Poor management no doubt . Out of the several times I have tried shopping here but decided to leave because of the long cashier lines . This time I did the line only cause what I found it’s not easy to find at other stores . But here writing a review in the hopes that someone at Burlington headquarters will see this and look into the matter & make positive changes for the consumers & the company to not loose out on sales that probably don’t happen because not everyone is willing to do...
Read moreI don’t know what happened to this Burlington but customer service has gone down the drain. I am currently in Burlington 4/5/23 shop for my boys and I am at awe of the lack of help you get around here. No one is at the fitting room desk and lines of people trust standing around not knowing what to do. After waiting 5 mins I went ahead and told my boys to just pick a room. During this time one of my kids locked themselves out of the dressing room with all of his things. I was able to locate a worker stocking and organizing shoes. I asked her for help and all she said is “I don’t speak English” and pointed me to another direction to find someone else for help. Eventually I asked the security guard for help and he called someone. (This is the only reason for the one star). It’s 10:14am at night. Also let’s be clear I’m not mad at the lady for not speaking English but for her to shhhooo me off. The security didnt speak English but he made sure to call someone...
