I've been coming here since they opened this place. The recent staff, unfortunately, is awful. Today, while dining in, I saw what looked like a nurse or a doctor come in to pick up his order.That he made online or via the phone.The young lady at the register was giving him an attitude and getting loud with him and laughing at him with another person that was next to her. When the customer asked about his lunch special, which contains a sandwich.Soda and chipShe proceeded to say that that was not on their menu and that it did not cost ten dollars.That it cost fourteen dollars.She started getting loud with the customer.It is incredibleAfter all, the years that i've been coming here, they have this type of employees who are downgrading and being derogatory to their customers. The gentleman started asking that, is this something new? Because he's comes here at least once a month. Or if not more and he is constantly ordering the lunch special from his clinic and other employees at this place. Also order She told him that no, that this was never on the menu and that she never knew what he was talking about. And that's the price, and that's the price. The gentleman took his sandwich and left then came back in a couple of seconds later and showed her on the app. The menu for the lunch. Where it says that it includes the sandwich. The chips and the soda for $10. She proceeded to give him an attitude. And tell him what chip do you want? Then, basically threw him the chips over-the-counter. Still not saying sorry about everything and then proceeded to say that she had no idea what he was talking about.But that she now verified it, because she works at the nice staff and does closing of the restaurant and still didn't give the customer back his money of the difference.That he paid extra for i'm sure she's going to pocket that money. I've been coming here for so many years.And i've never seen this type of management or employees when I called after leaving and eating my lunch, I asked for a manager and someone by the name of alexis answered the phone.Which, to be honest with?How many years i've been coming to this place?I have never even heard of who that person is.Then, he hung up the phone on me without even me being able to communicate anything.I know that this is not the standard for your facility and restaurant and it is very disappointing and to be honest, I am probably going to hesitate the next time that I come to the restaurant that's if I...
Read moreI’ve been ordering from Steve’s for over 10 years. Usually we order from the one on South Dixie highway but the last time we picked up our pie we noticed the box had a second address closer to home which delivered. We were very excited to say the least. We ordered last night for the first time. Nothing difficult just a large pie and an antipasto salad. They said it would take 1.5 for delivery but we didn’t care BC the taste is well worth the wait. After a while we receive a call saying they don’t have an ingredient for the salad and won’t be able to make it. We thought that was unfortunate but oh well things happen. 1.5 later we receive another call asking for the address. After we confirmed they said the driver had went to a different house but will be to us shortly. After waiting another 45 minutes the driver finally got there. My teenage daughters opened the door and the driver gave them a total of 31$. This was the original price with the salad. My daughter handed him 30$ and the driver quickly left. Once my daughter told me that the driver didn’t offer chance or give the correct total i called the store. I explained what happen and the person on the phone gave me the correct total of 20$ and said she didn’t understand why the driver had the wrong amount. I was very upset that a delivery driver would take advantage of a young person opening the door and asked her to please send the driver back. I usually tip delivery drivers generously but this one left a sour taste in my mouth. She said the driver would be back but it would take 1-2 hours. Long story short he never showed up and we never received a call from the store. The worse part of all of this is that the pizza was stone cold and sloppy. Seems the pizza was sliding in his car for over 1.5 hours before he realized he had the wrong address. Instead of the store heating it up when he returned they just sent the same one back out. So if you order here and your order gets changed last minute make sure you ask for the new total and check your receipt...
Read moreStarting to lose faith in what I thought would be a good pizzeria in cutler bay. This is the second time being disappointed in this establishment. First time was what appeared to be a slower night. I was told the pickup time would be 30 minutes. I arrived right on time at the 30 minute mark and was told that half the order got voided… pretty odd but okay. They said it’s going to be another 20 minutes.. show up 20 minutes later and food still isn’t ready. I proceed to go outside and wait by my can for another 10 minutes until I see food come to the front counter and now my food is finally ready… get home and now the 1st half of the order that was ready is now cold. Very disappointed. Now this evening we place an order for pizza and food and are told 25 minutes. We show up at the 25 minute mark and we’re told that the only thing ready is the pizza. This time I bring the pizza home because I’m not going to make my 2 and 3 year old eat cold pizza. Head back 20 minutes later to pick up the rest of the food and no one can find the order ticket or the food… while this is happening 1 of the 3 girls is counting tips and says to one of the other girls “there’s more tip money” to which the girl responds “just split the damn tips” and the other girl goes “SCREW YOU!” This is very beyond unprofessional. So almost 10 minutes goes by and they don’t have the nerve to admit they gave my food to someone else so I come out and say “so you don’t have my food” and they say unfortunately we don’t have your food we think someone else took it. If I could leave double ZERO reviews I would do so in a heartbeat. I recommend no one waste their time with this place. Not once did any of the actual adults working in the establishment even attempt to come up to the front counter to see what was going on or to see what they could do to help with...
