The food was a 5 Star, but the service was a 1 star if that. I ordered online and my food was promised at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:35pm and was traveling with my grandma who has dementia and can not be left alone or be around a large group of people due to Covid. I eat here once a week, and this is not a review to bash the food. Just a training opportunity to your FOH staff.

15 or so tables were seated and there were at least 15 people waiting for to go orders. My food was not ready until 6:20pm.

Here is the problem. I asked if it was going to be longer than 5-10 minutes and if so, cancel the order. I feel sorry for the staff, Delivery drivers and for the people trying to dine in on a cold day, and a continuous door opening with an impatient group of people crowding every single open space to stand. Why run a Valentines special if you do not have the staff to support it? The hostess had no idea what to do. There was no manager in sight. Probably trying to run the kitchen if I had to guess.

You need to communicate with your guests and be honest. Train your employees to realize that your kitchen just got weeded and ticket times are through the roof. Communication goes a long way. Lying that your food will be out in 5 minutes multiple times, and in reality ticket times are 45 minutes. This is unfair to your guest and to your staff. The hostess looked like she was in high school, and who only knows what your kitchen staff was going through.

Fast Casual restaurants and other Chains wonder why they can not keep a full staff. This all comes down to management. Close your dine in, if you can not handle the online demand, or do not accept orders you can not fulfill. Stop overwhelming your team and keep your customers happy.

Door Dash and other delivery drivers were complaining that they were screwed out of deliveries because you could not meet the promise times you agreed to. Think of how many drivers lost out on tips! You have a great restaurant and I'm sure this is a once in a while mishap, however it needs to be fixed.

I want to say THANK YOU FOR your rapid response to my thumbs down. The food tasted great as always. It was actually fresher than most of the...

Good news: It looks like all the other Aladdin’s.

Bad news: it looks like all the other Aladdin’s and you will think you’re receiving the same service you may have received at another location

This is the worst Aladdin’s I’ve ever been to. I used to work at the one in Hudson in my teens and I never remember it being this bad. (Dry Mujadra, burnt Mishwi chicken, portions only appropriate for Santa’s elves in comparison with other Aladdin’s, frequently forgets to put things in their orders etc.)

We endured this sadness for 3 years while living in the Falls and let it taint our view of Aladdin’s as a whole. When we finally did work up the courage to try it somewhere else, we stopped by the one in Hudson and it was… amazing.

We told ourselves the Falls just had a bad staffing bout but we were wrong. The ship never righted itself. They’re clearly penny pinching here.

Now we live in Highland Square (Akron) and it is insane how good the food is: fresh, large portions the way I remember it (none of this two fried onions on a mujadra nonsense like at the Falls) and they get our order right.

I still remember Faddie and Sally Chamoun (the owners) would do audits… hope they do one here. Save your money and drive the extra distance to Cleveland, Akron or Hudson. They still do it right, the Aladdin’s in the Fall’s is cheap and really only wears the brand of Aladdin’s. You will not get your...

On Sunday 03/06/2022 at 12:00 we decided to go to Aladdin's to eat on Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls. It is one of my favorite places to go. It's normally not so busy. But this Sunday it was packed. But as we walked in we sat in a back corner table. There was 4 of us and as we told the hostess that we had 4. We only had 2 sets of silverware. They finally gave us 2 more sets as they said they where getting more ready . We sat there and got our drinks I had water with lemon. But no lemon was with the water. And when I tried to tell the waitress she walked away. Now don't get me wrong they where extremely busy. But that's still no excuse. We was not gave the bread until we got our meal and we had to ask for the bread. And what is so upsetting to me is that many others came in with 4,5 and even 6 they all got there food before us. That's a little strange to me. Even the people who sat next to us. Great restaurant with great food. But not so good of service this time around. Very disappointed.Dont think I will go back. And I recommend you don't either if you want your food in a...

A friend of mine recommended this franchise so I decided to go for a lunch here since it’s the only closest one in my area. Unknown what to decide from the menu, the server (Vicky) suggested Aladdin’s Lamb Rolled and Beef Shawarma Rolled from Rolled Pitas. The dish was just a perfect mix of vegetables and lemon dressing. The protein portion takes about 30% of the wrap so each menu dish is actually quite healthy and by the time you’re done eating, you still feel light weighted and not so full to be drowsy after lunch. The hot sauce is also just 75 cents so it’s reasonably priced. I only spent $10 to $15 per meal item. Also, this place has one of the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in Cuyahoga’s community so it’s definitely a place I’d be happy to come back to sometime. All in all, I highly recommend Aladdin’s Eatery for those seeking a healthier meal when dining.

Food: Most everything on the menu tastes very authentic, and some items have a fresh Americanized take on Middle Eastern food. Hummus and Baba Ganoush are amazing. Falafel is flavorful and delicate. Grape leaves and some of the best I have had at a restaurant. Desserts are extraordinary. Hot mint tea with honey is soothing on cold days. Atmosphere: Ciche corner location that has ample parking behind and ciche walking main street in front. Very clean and orderly kitchen. Tables are comforable and immaculate. Fun, young vibe. Service: All the girls that work here are very sweet and professional. One is a little slow and unfriendly though.

The server was so nice and pleasant. The food came out really fast. The food was a bit different than I'm use to, but it was good. We had hummus and hot sauce with pita bread. I didn't know the hot sauce was going to be a few bucks. That would have been nice to know because even though it was good, I could have done without it. The Lebanese beer was OK. A little skunky, but that's because it came in a green bottle. My daughter had the mint chocolate cheese cake. I don't really like mint chocolate, but she made me try it and it was damn fine cake. I had a lamb roll. It was really good. I will definitely go back.
