Oh So Sweet — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

Very disappointed. Placed an order early in the week for cupcakes to take to a surprise birthday party. This is a made to order bakery so I was excited to get higher quality cupcakes rather than at the grocery store. When I arrived to pick them up the day of the party, I was told someone already picked them up for me. However, this is not the case because I was the only person that knew about the surprise. The bakery gave away my cupcakes to another customer which I do not understand how if they would have properly asked for the name of the order or confirmed the exact cupcake order which was in fact unique. Such a let down and had to find a last minute bakery that could help out. Would not recommend knowing that they are order only and could make this...

We absolutely love Oh So Sweet! The service is always wonderful and their food is always the best. I love to get their pecan pie bar or their coconut lovers bar. I also recently reached out to them to make and decorate a cake for Mother’s Day, and not only was the cake delicious, but the decorations were astonishing. I’ve had so many positive interactions with the owner, and she is so very kind to my three year old daughter as well. It’s a sure sign of a great workplace when every single worker is clearly happy to be there and proud of their products. First off, Judy the owner is absolutely amazing to work with. She is so sweet, accommodating, and professional. Not to mention extremely good at what she does! We ordered cheesecakes for our wedding and wedding cake. They were phenomenal! The guests didn’t stop raving about how delicious they were.
