I was always taught if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all, but this time there's really not much I can say this place is a total frigging disaster. From my standpoint there isn't a reason for that there is ample staff but the only place you see staff is by the front door I didn't see one area I could walk thru it's like someone decided or everyone clothes shoes accessories ankle to calf high in virtually every isle or walkway then if by some miracle I found something I wanted theres the gauntlet of winding impulse purchase items that you must go thru to get to a cashier. Didn't they just move into that space less than a year ago. Pardon my language but it's a total cluster f__k. Doubt I'll ever go there again. I believe this has to be the worst appearance I've ever seen. And I'm almost 60. The staff is just flat out lazy. I went in for new boots and couldn't find even a small spot that didn't have stock covering the entire floor, seats to be able to sit and try one on. I can only blame the mgt and I'd be ashamed if I were the store Mgr. It was so bad if I owned a business like this I'd just close it and fire everyone so much product destroyed torn walked all over there is simply no reason. Time to re evaluate whether this place is even salvageable Negative 5 stars. Who wants to buy torn dirty damaged good because that's what or should I saywas everywhere and it wasn't even busy. Hello Corporate Burlington someone in leadership really needs to visit. Then walk a few doors down and check out Ross, the same type of products far less Staffan much older location yet for the most part the exact opposite. A far...
Read moreI have always been a big fan of Burlington, and this one is pretty good. They generally have a huge selection of new clothing and shoes at prices well below what they would go for at a major retailer. However, it does depend on what day of the week and what time you show up. Of all the stores, this one and the one in Macedonia are the best for selection, styles, and sizes, and both have clearance sections that are definitely worth checking out. I usually find two or more things that I really like on a given day, but the most important thing is to know what you're looking at in terms of brands. That being said, when I've found something really awesome, I've almost never felt like I was paying more than I should. Burlington is my go-to for things like socks, underwear, and t-shirts, and I check them regularly for deals on sneakers and certain types of streetwear; if you see something you like listed as "new" on a reseller website, you should definitely check Burlington first because the chances are very good that you will find it there for way less. I cannot speak to the helpfulness of the staff, except that they are generally personable when I'm checking out. Overall, this is a great place to browse through, and has a lot of good stuff, but if you see something you like you may not see it again after a day or two, depending...
Read moreI understand mistakes happen but the fact that you forgot to take the security tag off of an item, forcing me to stop 4 times at the door, just for my bags to be taken back behind the counter and double checked, then one whole bag of now my belongings was left behind and not given back to me is THEFT. I can't believe that you would put purchased items back on the shelf within 2 days. Yes, it took me that long to notice because I had bought gifts that I had to hide from family. Now, I don't have the gifts that I need and you have my money. What's even crazier is the fact that I'm on your email list. I had to provide my phone number when I checked out. Now, please tell me why no one called me about my belongings that I purchased that were taken from me? Also, everyone has plenty of cameras these days. Try checking them, and you will see my truth. You get a 3 because my cashier honestly was the sweetest and your prices can't be beat for the name brand items, but your policy about putting items that were already purchased back on the shelf is bologna. They no longer belong to the store. They were rightfully mine. This could have been a 5, but your customer service needs work. If only you had saved my bag of my items and used your brain to call...
