No nitro but decent cold brew (they didn’t know what that was, uh oh), they use the ‘pan pacificopeia’ ie blend. Had to ask about the roast and they seemed unsure but when I led them, they (baristas) agreed it was medium…uh oh. tasted about right, more flavor & less roasty/chocolately notes that would shine in a dark. Nitro is still very popular and common most places that have a cold brew bc it accentuates delicate tasting notes, smoothes out any bitterness & mimics the mouthfeel of cream without the cream. Got about half a cup bc I asked for no ice, sadly, tough times i get it, so I got shafted on that. So maybe 8oz for 6$ + tip, uh oh. Most of their other beans were unavailable even tho they’re listed but are crossed out in their defense. Too bad. They only really have espresso & drip, nothing fancy. It looked like they had some French presses so I asked if I could get one but they said they didn’t & were confused. Uh oh. Hopefully I was just mistaken. The plus is they roast their own beans (somewhere ?) although I got too muddled down asking lots of questions (sorry but others may want to know this stuff) they couldn’t answer and felt they unlikely knew about the roasting process but I’m sure that’s on their website, right? So a good place for freshly roasted beans, other than that, meh. Nothing over the top or eye catching imho. Prob will return just for fresh beans tho, especially to try the single...
Read moreThe coffee shop offers a delightful experience from the moment you arrive. The drinks are freshly made on-site, allowing you to appreciate the preparation process. I tried the hot chocolate, while my companions enjoyed an island latte and a regular latte, all of which were excellent. A nice touch was the design on my hot chocolate, although it ended up hidden under the cap.
The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly, quick, and attentive, maintaining a clean and efficient environment.
While the atmosphere was somewhat average, the choice of furniture and decor was appealing. It felt a bit empty, but the spacious tables are perfect for studying or gathering with friends, complemented by a cozy area equipped with cushioned chairs and coffee tables for casual conversations.
Overall, this new coffee shop is a fantastic addition to the area. Despite being newly opened, which may come with minor hiccups, it provides an enjoyable experience that makes it worth your visit. I would...

This is hands-down the best coffee shop in Cypress, and quite honestly… it was LONG overdue. The drinks are fantastic, only outshined by the great service. The staff is friendly, skilled, and absolutely knows their stuff. I believe they roast their own beans out of their location in the Heights (blends and single origin). If you spend an inordinate amount of time in coffee shops like I do, trust me that you will taste the quality.
I come here often to work. It’s a cozy, nicely decorated shop. Very comfortable and easy to settle into (and with plenty of plugs). My go-tos are the Spanish Latter or a cortado. I usually pair it with either a pastry or some breakfast tacos. The baristas are extremely skilled though - so can’t really go wrong (my recommendation would be just to explore the menu and find your drink — lots of inventive and delicious choices).
Thank you, Luce, for finally...
