The woman at the window was yelling saying I got other orders to make. LADY DID CHIPOTLE HIRE YOU WITHOUT LOOKING AT YOUR RESUME? Cause her attitude along with the other team member is ridiculous. You never tell a customer I got other orders to do and start yelling out the window to the customer. It’s very bad there to be a newly built establishment. The correct verbiage is One moment I will be will be with you in a minute or your order will be out shortly. I HAD TO CORRECT HER HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS CAUSE YOU DONT SAY THAT TO CUSTOMER CRAZY WOMAN!!!This person is not fit for that position. Then she gave me the wrong size that I didn’t pay for. I paid for a large side. I looked in the bag and said this is regular I didn’t pay for this. Then she start fussing more saying I got other customers. I don’t care what you got! The food does not carry the same quality every time which is really bad esp when the prices are going up in the chain and bad for a restaurant overall considering I am a restaurant owner as well and the turnover of people are constantly happening. I don’t know who is running this place.

My family and I visited this establishment to pick up dinner. When we returned to our car, my child became hungry. I gave him the fruit from his kids’ meal. Suddenly, he started complaining and spitting the fruit! To my horror, I discovered that there was mold on the fruit!
I immediately removed the fruit from my child and approached the manager in charge, Jose Ramirez. Considering the number of customers, I didn’t want to cause a scene. I could have informed everyone about the poor food service or even called the local health department. After all, mold in the refrigerator is definitely not a good business.
