McDonald's — Restaurant in Cypress

I went through the drive thru tonight at 6:30 pm. I repeated the order 3 times before she got it right. When I pulled up to the first window a manager was in the 1st window and he ignored me. I sat there for 3 mins as he didn't acknowledge me so I drove to the 2nd window. As I pulled up at the second window the manager rudely came to the second window snatched the card out of my hand then went back to the 1st window. The girl handed me the drink and bag after 8 to 9 minutes and told me thank you. I asked her for my card back and she asked on the radio are you going to bring his card back? He brought it back and as he walked away she swung and hit him as they were too busy playing. As I drove away with my son's food it was wrong. The burger was supposed to have no onions or mustards. It was loaded with onions. So I immediately went in to exchange it. I was greeted by the front cashier and told him my issue. He didn't respond so I asked to speak to a manager. I started trying to tell her what was taking place and she didn't care enough to fully listen. They got the burge fixed but then I has to ask for the fries again and it was a cluster. I finally asked the Mgr for the number to corporate. She said she would get it. She came back after a couple of minutes with the number. I put it in my pocket and left. Not one time did I get an apology nor a smile in this McDonalds. When I got home I looked at the paper with the number and it is a payroll information paper with all their employees names and...

First off this mcdonald's is soooo slow and the girl at the window was acting like a word i wont say on here she dont say one word to us about our order that its taking a min NOTHING! I ordered 3 happy meals and 3 sandwiches one fries, she hands all of the happy meals to me at once thinking i can grab them all at once, i order extra sauce that I PAID for that wasnt in the bag and no napkins no staws for the 4 drinks. Ohhh wait I ordered two sandwiches That i wanted to be made a specific way that didnt happen oh but the sticker was on the sandwiches let me tell you why that matters i said only ketchup on the sandwich it had everything it came with but a sticker that says only ketchup! The people in front of us i thought they ordered the whole mcdonald's they waited 10 mins for 4 ice cream cones i saw what they handed them. So to sum it up DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S if your in a hurry for fast food or you like your food a certain way or if you like good customer service! Oh one last thing look at my daughter chicken nugget box thats how they put it in the happy meal. I will not be coming back to this...

I normally don't complain but this experience was very bad.

This was for an order made through Uber Eats. I did not receive condiments for any of my food items. No syrup or butter for pancakes, no ketchup for hash browns, no sauce for burritos, nada! It may sound ridiculous, but imagine trying to eat pancakes with no maple syrup, no butter, and no fork. We ask for picante sauce and it was missing too.

I called the restaurant in question. The manager in person told me to call the driver so they can bring the condiments. First at all there was no way to call the driver back. Second, meanwhile, the food was going to get cold. To add insult to injury, the manager on duty on Thursday, August 8th at 10:15 am was very rude, unapologetic, and very ineffective in offering a solution to our problem. She even yelled at me on the phone. Horrible! I expected a refund or a replacement for our meal. I will never order from this Mc Donald's, or maybe for any Mc Donald's.

Oh... And it is only fast food and the service is supposed to be sub par? Guys, you should take a look at Chik-Fil-A and learn some...
