Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

Every time I come here at night it’s always this white lady tht takes the orders… she is so RUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I normally don’t write reviews but this was the last straw for me to where I didn’t even order my food I guess I was moving to slow for her because in the middle of me ordering she blurts out let me know when you ready and I’m like I am ready and I not moving fast enough for you, do you know she had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t… I told her I don’t even want nothing from here and I had to wait in the line due to it was a car behind me I don’t understand why this lady still have a JOB I’m reading the reviews and most of them are about her food ALWAYS horrible when she’s there, I remember one time I ordered my food I was at the window and her and the whole night shift was throwing ICE at each other I blew my horn and told her I want a refund I wish I would eat tht food after y’all playing in there I just felt like my food wasn’t gonna be right, I got sooooo many horrible stories from THIS jack it’s ridiculous. I’m not here to make ppl lose their jobs but she needs to GOOOOO! It’s rarely ppl go there at night now because the lines used to be long now I barely see ppl. I trained at the store and I contracted c.diff and have had it ever since almost a year now. They do not throw away old patties of meat especially in the overnight hours. I am not a disgruntled employee because once I got out of the store I was very happy at the other stores that I worked at. A lot of other stores are really awesome. However, the store will hold tacos pre-made a long time they will hold egg rolls for a very long time but the worst part is the sirloin Patty for the big Square meat and that is what I ate within my first week and I was sick ever since. One night they were held for over three hours and that is when I got sick. I would not eat here if I was you unless the management is changed. The manager is very rude and will not believe you if you have a complaint she will go back and check camera before believing you. That is not customer service. In fact the manager told me that I'm not a Christian if I like to drink alcohol. I should not be said anything to me about my religion while I am at work and in a training position and whether or not I have a beer is my own personal business. A mess!!!! Waited forever for one shake (the cashier a "shift leader " asked someone else to come and help in the front, she disappeared into the corner... I assumed she was going to make my shake) after a few minutes I saw her "helping " pass orders in the drive thru. After waiting for a while longer and having two other employees ask me if I needed help and me saying that I am JUST waiting for my shake, the lady that appeared to be the manager asked the shift leader about it she asked the manager to make it!!!! When I finally received it,..... they made the wrong flavor. I was like is this chocolate???? I asked for chocolate. Obviously it was Oreo, but I thought that maybe my eyes were deceiving me because surely after waiting so long they had not given me the wrong flavor! I said nevermind..... I was so ticked off that I almost just took it as not to say something rude, but I turned back around and was like No, I don't want this... Please just give me what asked for. The manager asked the shift leader if I'd asked for chocolate (I couldn't hear what she said because she turned her head) and the manager went to remake my CHOCOLATE shake. FINALLY!!!!
