SweetCup — Restaurant in Cypress

wow im in shock by the lack of customer service, i passed by it and wanted to try it out, i see that it's recently opened based on the reviews, i looked at the time they close, it said 10 PM, i walked in at 9:11PM as soon as i walked in and 3 people shouted out "WE ARE CLOSED", there was a gentleman that still hadn't ordered and was sampling things out, a family sitting at a table, I am genuinely in shock as a small business owner myself, we take customers way after we have closed if we are still there and they end up coming in for a togo order, but this was genuinely so unexpected and caught so off guard, i would assume as you first open you would try to create a clientele but not this way, i will never return just based off of this experience, its 7 min away from me thought i would support something near by local but wowww just wowww at least please fix you...

I had an incredible experience at Sweet Cups Ice cream in Cypress. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the selection of flavors was impressive. But what truly set this place apart was the exceptional service, especially from the manager.

She went above and beyond, patiently answered all my questions about flavors, ingredients, and dietary restrictions, ensuring I found my favorite flavor. Her knowledge and willingness to accommodate my needs made the experience enjoyable. On top of that, her warm and attentive service made me feel like a valued guest, not just another customer.
