The service of this restaurant is completely unacceptable, and the employees are the primary reason of this. It takes a lot to get under my skin, and I never leave a review unless it's one that absolutely needs to be made, and here it is. Each and every time I've ordered from this location, the employee was completely apathetic and borderline rude, and each time I would simply smile and act as though nothing is wrong and treat them with the sort of dignity and respect that I expect in turn. And every single time said employee never acknowledges this and continues with their apathetic facade. As for the service itself, it is equally abysmal. I'm a big condiment guy, I'm not gonna lie, sometimes food becomes less enjoyable without it, and Fire Sauce is no exception. However, I can forgive employees who accidentally mess this up, it happens, I work in the food industry myself. But nearly, and I mean 9/10 they end up getting this wrong, and I always tell them exactly what I want face-to-face at the window, and yet as though they are doing this on purpose, they would've given me a small handful with a couple packets of each flavor, and then hand it to me in a bag taped shut. This occurred nearly every single time, and each time I had to walk inside in order to get what I ordered. Tonight was the last straw, as the same employee mentioned earlier began taking my order and asked what sauces I wanted, and upon realizing who I was, immediately backtracked and told me they were out of the sauce I wanted before I even told them what it was. This is ridiculous, it's absurd, and above all it is embarrassing. I hate that that I had to write this review, but something needs to be done about either the employees, the management or possibly both at that store, because I am no longer ordering from there and I strongly recommend everyone else to steer clear. I apologize that it has come down to this, but hopefully someone will come across this and do...
Read moreI have been to many many Taco Bell in my life, & I would say this one tops my chart because it sucked in every aspect of service, quality, employees attitude. I ordered cheesy bean and rice burrito & cheesy gordita crunch when I took first bite from burrito the cheese literally was foul smelling and than I took a bite from cheesy gordita crunch and the shell was so stale it tasted bitter. So I go complain about it I was surrounded by 4 employees and instead of apologizing they were arguing that there is nothing wrong with the food they would not refund me my money and this lady probably manager which she has no business to be one told me that I can go complain to Harris county health department if I like she don't care. I left after that and after doing some research I found out this taco bell has been in trouble with health department before too for serving serving really substandard food and causing food poisoning to some customers in past and they even were sued for that plus health department even closed this damn store for few days. My advise to every one ideation there at your own risk another thing is this store is owned by private owner named H&G LLc from Alabama may be the management should wake up and try restructuring the store by replacing all the useless employees because if they don't do it now sooner or later someone is going to die by eating their substandard quality food. I would like to give this store a minus star but too bad it doesn't allow...

Last night, Wednesday 10/14/2020, I decided to go grab a couple of tacos so I went to this location for the first time. The location on Hwy 6 near Keith Harrow is by where we used to live and my small order was always ready by the time I finished paying, therefore, I expected similar service. BIG SURPRISE!! There were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me, but only 2 between the speaker to order and my car. We moved ahead quickly so I didn't think there was any problems ahead. OMG WAS I WRONG!! I ordered 3 items, got up to the window and paid at exactly 9:43:38 PM. Immediately upon paying, she asked me to drive up to the front of the building. I thought that was odd, but maybe the person behind me, yes another 5 cars were built up behind me at this point, had only ordered drinks. NOPE! Every car that was behind me drove around myself and the car that was before me and parked at the main front door. Soooo, I finally got my simple order of 3 items after about an 8 minute wait. The food items were correct, but the sauces that I had ordered were not in the bag. I was so irritated at this point that I just left and hoped that I had some at home. This is definitely not a good first impression. I certainly will not return to this location. Speaking for myself and my family, I REFUSE to waste my time and money anywhere that doesn't do their job correctly and/or...
