Arbys fraudulent charges of $9,025.24!!!! If you come here you need to always be sure to pay with cash. Don't pay with your credit card. I came here yesterday. And paid $7.25 for 2 macaroni. Then this morning I noticed 9 charges on my credit card from hvacdirect.com for $9,025.24!!!! THANKFULLY my bank declined and blocked the charges of the suspicious activity. Yesterday I handed the cashier my card, He said his system is down, so I have to take your order at the other register. I said okay. Then he charged my card at the other register and gave me my receipt and my food. Then this morning I noticed 9 charges on my credit card from hvacdirect.com for $9,025.24!!!! I called the store to speak to the manager, the manager refused to tell me his name over the phone. Then today I went to the store he said his name was Don. I told him what happened. He didnt really seem to care. He said he don't know what happened and he didn't see any charges for over $9k on his end. I told him The cashier or somebody took my information from off of my credit card from this arby's and tried to run it, but he could care less. For all I know all of them could be in on the card scam. Do not use your credit card at this location. They have scammer employees...

Crinkle cut or Curly fries:

I only frequent this location during lent, because of the fish sandwich. I visited this location on 5/10/22, I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich, which is pictured with the crinkle cut fries. When I receive my order it has curly fries, I ask the young lady at the window if they're out of the crinkle cut fries she says no, so she stated that it comes with curly fries but the menu picture and the TV advertisement show crinkle cut fries, how would I know that I need to ask for crinkle cut if that's what's advertised. After a brief exchange(unnecessary) she asks if I want the cc fries I say yes, they fill the order and give me the coldest fries they had in the building. I asked for fresh fries and she told me I would have to park no problem where? She pointed in the direction I needed to park, I waited for 13 mins for fries that probably take about 3 mins to cook. If this order was for me I would have requested a refund, but it was for my elderly parents so I patiently waited. I don't respond well to rude behavior, I am a customer who wants you to honor what you advertise...

I went through the drive through the other day because I was in the area, I ask the guy about their sandwiches because the only way I will eat a sandwich is the bread is toasted he said all their sandwiches come toasted so I ordered number 10 because it come with bacon and that's a plus for me also.so I got the medium meal when I got home from being tired and hungry my bread wasn't toasted and my fries was just warm , I had just left , and the line was to long to get back in line and when I got home I tried calling them after opening my sandwich, they don't answer the phone, I been calling everyday still no answer, this is a business who doesn't ever answer the phone, I'm not going to drive all the way over there to drive through and let them know what happened.

Update :Arby's sent me two coupons to make it right I just received today 6-24-22 ..that say volume about how they care about how my visit went..of course I will give it another try just because they seems to care . I will do a update on how it went Thanks to Arby's for your concerns and try to...
