I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ariana restaurant in Dallas, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The highlight of my evening was undoubtedly the delectable Afghan dinner that I savored at Ariana. The flavors were simply outstanding, transporting me to the vibrant and diverse culinary landscape of Afghanistan. Each dish was masterfully prepared, showcasing a perfect balance of spices and ingredients, resulting in an explosion of delightful flavors. It was evident that the chefs at Ariana take great pride in their craft, as every bite was a true culinary delight. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service at Ariana was also exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was remarkable. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and make me feel at home. The waitstaff was prompt, yet never rushed, allowing me to fully enjoy my meal and indulge in the cozy ambiance of the restaurant. Ariana restaurant truly stands out as a remarkable dining destination in Dallas. The combination of great flavors, amazing food, and excellent service makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic Afghan culinary experience. Whether you are a fan of Afghan cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, Ariana will not disappoint. I highly recommend paying a visit to Ariana restaurant in Dallas. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Prepare to embark on a culinary journey through Afghanistan, where every bite is a celebration of flavors, and every moment is filled with warmth and hospitality.

Is this the best central Asian restaurant in Dallas? Quite possibly. At the very least, it's definitely the best spot in town for Afghan cuisine. I do not think I have had food from this cuisine that was as good as this. I have been 5+ times and it is consistently incredible. Everything is made from scratch. Everything is so flavorful and delicious. 100% order their grilled fish. It is, without a doubt, some of the best fish I have ever had at a restaurant. So warm, crisp and spiced to perfection. The actual fish is so soft and delicious. Their curries are incredible. I had the beef one. Any appetizer you order will also be really good. You can honestly close your eyes and just point to a random menu item and you'll most likely be really happy with what you ordered. The bolani (potato stuffed bread) paired with their dipping sauces is so good. I also suggest ordering that. I loved their samosas too. I have had other different menu items that were amazing, including: chapli kabab, kabuli pulao (Afghan style rice), meatballs, eggplant, and lobya. All of the items I just listed are absolutely delicious. I really, really wish more people knew this restaurant existed. Although the interior is rather small with limited seating (a few tables and bar island seating), I have had no trouble getting a table each time I have been. Takeout is your other option. Try this place if you haven't yet! Pictured are grilled fish and beef curry!

If you've not tasted Afghan food (my favorite), this is the place to do it! Try the national dish of Afghanistan, kabuli pulao. It's a beautiful blend of lamb, rice, raisins, carrots, sliced almonds, and spices. Lentils are sometimes included, but I didn't notice that in Ariana's dish. The owner, whose name is Gul, was kind, attentive, and easy to engage in conversation. I had the kabuli pulao and the burani eggplant with naan. Everything was delicious and made fresh. Spice levels can be adjusted to meet your needs. I wound up in lovely conversation with three other patrons and even tasted different dishes they ordered, including the chicken wings. The wings were tender on the inside with a slightly crisp skin. The meat fell off the bones, as you can see in the photo. The sense of community created in this small space of about 6-8 tables was incredibly meaningful. Based on the reviews I read, I bypassed other Afghani restaurants just to get to Ariana, and I'm so glad I did. This is my new favorite place, and I look forward to taking family and friends. The whole area has a quaint feel. It's a great place to go with others or enjoy a meal out solo (with a good book).

Ariana Cuisine – Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX ⭐️ Craving satisfied, but with a few surprises.

We were in the mood for Afghan food and made the drive to Dallas, landing at this small, casual spot on Greenville Ave. Parking was limited—mostly suited for foot traffic—but luckily we found a spot right out front.

Arian Cuisine is set up more like a counter-service café: no table service here. You order at the register, picking from a wall menu, and the food arrives in about 20 minutes. I noticed with a smile that there were women chefs working in the kitchen—always encouraging to see. 😊

We started with Bolani (potato-stuffed flatbread), but it didn’t quite hit the mark. Growing up in New York and trying Afghan food across the U.S. and recently in Toronto, I’ve had versions packed with deep flavor and filled with meats like chicken or beef. This version felt a bit underwhelming in comparison.

For mains, we tried:

• Chapli Kabob with Rice – Nicely seasoned with a smooth, enjoyable flavor. • Shrimp Korma – This dish stole my heart. Rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. • Chicken Kabob for the kids – Served with plain basmati rice (not the fragrant, spiced Afghan-style rice we were expecting), but my son loved the orange-hued chicken.

The Afghan bread was different from what I’m used to—more like a unique twist rather than traditional. The overall dining setup is no-frills, and you settle your bill at the register.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The kids enjoyed the meal, and the experience was pleasant, even if some flavors didn’t quite match our expectations based on past Afghan food experiences.

Would we return? Possibly—for that shrimp korma and a quick bite...

As a customer, I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Ariana Cuisine, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect mood for a delightful culinary journey.

The service was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome and cared for throughout the entire meal. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! Each dish I tried was a true testament to the chef's skill and dedication to their craft.

The Chicken Kebab was a standout for me. The tender, juicy pieces of chicken were beautifully seasoned and grilled to perfection, leaving a burst of delightful flavors in my mouth. Paired with the fresh and vibrant salad on the side, it was a harmony of tastes that left me wanting more.

And let's not forget the Mantu! These little parcels of joy were an absolute revelation. The savory filling of spiced ground meat and onions was balanced perfectly by the creamy yogurt sauce on top. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and I couldn't resist ordering seconds.

The entire dining experience at Ariana Cuisine was nothing short of exceptional. The authenticity of the Afghan cuisine, the quality of the ingredients, and the passion put into each dish shone through in every bite. I left the restaurant with a happy heart and a satisfied palate, knowing that I had discovered a true culinary gem.

If you're a fan of flavorful, well-prepared dishes that transport you to a world of rich tastes and cultures, I highly recommend Ariana Cuisine. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! I can't wait for my next visit to savor their delectable...
