I planned a family friendly birthday on Friday and had a terrible experience. We had a group of over 20 people and a few children. I specifically picked this location, after having been there multiple times AND reading their website ahead of time to ensure that it was a spot we could bring children. We arrived at 5:30pm and at 6:05 the security guard came over and told us we would have to leave because no kids were allowed after 6pm. Multiple other families were asked to leave too, even though there were still PLENTY of tables and ample space as to not disrupt other guests.
I read their entire website where in no place does it say that kids are not allowed after 6pm on weekends Their website specifically states "Kid-friendly" The only sign at the entrance that we saw when we arrived at 5:30 showed their hours of operation. It wasn't until we were leaving, we noticed that it had been flipped at some point to read 21+.
After speaking with the security guard, a facilities manager (I believe that is what he probably was) came over and was incredibly rude and used profane language towards us.
I am local to the area and was VERY disappointed at the treatment and lack of understanding for us as the customer. We will not...
Read moreI don’t often leave reviews, but with the hype surrounding this place, I felt like I should. For starters, the food was mediocre at best, and as a vegetarian found that my only option was an overpriced & bland salad. I was hoping for something a bit more creative food-wise, but this was my sole option. We also had asked a bartender (no fault of their own) how to order food and we were told to use the QR code at our table. Table after table, no one in my party was able to get it to work. Lastly, the drinks were overpriced for what you received & there was definitely no “frozen daiquiri bar” as the website advertised. Frozen cocktails yes, not daiquiris.
I wanted to like this place so badly, but the only big positives I could say is that the service was great and the atmosphere was...
Read moreBeen here a couple of times to watch sports games. The few times I have they've had plenty of TVs and sound on so that I could watch a game, which did a lot of heavy lifting for terrible drinks. I've been served a ranch water made with tonic water and the cucumber house cocktail was undrinkable, it tasted like a bath and body works cucumber hand sanitizer. I came to watch the game 7 Mavs playoff today and they didn't have any sound for the game, I'm not sure if it's a legal thing or not but it was definitely the reason I promptly left and went to toller patio. If you drink beer and want to hang out with friends in a nice outdoor area it's not a bad choice, if you're looking for more than that I...
